Tim Hortons is the one and only coffee shop that I will choose over Starbucks. This store used to be great but lately when we go, the coffee is cold and today we went through the drive thru. My dark roast with cream and sugar was cold and my daughter ordered a (hot) pu-sp. latte. They have her a frozen drink. We told them the issues and received a still not very hot dark roast black (had to ask for cream and sugar and got no stir stick). The hot latte was plain instead of pump spice. Everytime we asked for something the cashier(a young, mixed gentleman with kind of long curly hair) told me he was out of it. We asked for an ice cream sandwich, which was largely displayed on the menu, and he informed us they no longer sale them. We asked for the reese peanut butter cup ice cream and was told they are out of them. In all there was like 4 different items they were out of or no longer sale. Not once did the cashier appear friendly or even apologize or offer us something similar or different.
