Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Tim Hortons is the one and only coffee shop that I will choose over Starbucks. This store used to be great but lately when we go, the coffee is cold and today we went through the drive thru. My dark roast with cream and sugar was cold and my daughter ordered a (hot) pu-sp. latte. They have her a frozen drink. We told them the issues and received a still not very hot dark roast black (had to ask for cream and sugar and got no stir stick). The hot latte was plain instead of pump spice. We left unhappy as it was obvious they would not be Able to get our order right. I understand places are short handed - these were all young kids working. But if I can't get a hot coffee, I won't go back. I will go to...

Passing through and stopped to get coffee and donuts while getting the kids ice cream. Everytime we asked for something the cashier(a young, mixed gentleman with kind of long curly hair) told me he was out of it. We asked for an ice cream sandwich, which was largely displayed on the menu, and he informed us they no longer sale them. We asked for the reese peanut butter cup ice cream and was told they are out of them. In all there was like 4 different items they were out of or no longer sale. Not once did the cashier appear friendly or even apologize or offer us something similar or different. I actually felt like he could have been lying just because he didn't want to serve any customers. That is the vibe...

So, I came through drive thru at my local store and got the ol lady some tid bits and used my card, well later got email on balance of activities from day and notice that my balance was wrong between Tim Hortons and home it was wrong cause I started with 74.89 and used coupon for 1.49 should of been 73 something so I called the store and talked to a manager Tyler and the gentleman politely explained the issue and was honest about the mistake so I thank him and told him I appreciate his honesty on the training crew mistake and let it go.
