He was extremely personable with us, helped us to find the right mattress for our college daughter, while also helping us to know which features on a mattress would be fitting for me and my husband. Very reasonable prices as well! EDIT: I am editing this review to share my experience with other consumer families. We purchased 3 of the "SAME" mattresses, different sizes but of the exact same model. However, the firmness was different on all of them once we received it delivered to the house. The mattresses are not stored on site. They come from somewhere else. Caution with paying a large amount of money, especially for multiple mattresses when you are not handpicking them yourself. We had 2 back to back that were so floppy, I could not even sit on the edge of a king size mattress because I would slide down and I am a female, average weight and height. I experienced many nights of poor sleep as a result of this mattress and the customer service was disappointing. They finally did try to work with us, but then we received another floppy mattress! This was clearly not the mattress my husband and I lied down on in the store. I have back pain from days of being stuck with these poor mattresses. You are better off getting a mattress that you can SEE, TOUCH and LY down on and take home directly. Do not order one expecting to get the same as the floor model. They sit in the warehouse a long time and become saggy when they're not stored correctly. Costco or Sam's Club has excellent quality name brand mattresses and you can ly down on it in the store and take home the very mattress you pick. They have an excellent return policy and do not make you feel like you are not telling the truth or get upset with you, which was my experience. We're still waiting for our refund after the 2nd mattress was picked up due to extreme floppiness/saggy- too defective to safely sit on the edge of the bed. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely customer service oriented. He wanted to HELP me find what I needed in a mattress and I had no clue. We started by going to the mattress area that asks a few questions on a computer screen and then you lay on the mattress in your sleep position and it determines the amount of mattress support ideal for your body. What a great idea!! I fell into the blue medium/firm category. Then he showed me 3 mattresses within that category and had me lay on them in my sleep position to determine which one was most comfortable for me. At that point, he told me about the mattress I liked best and showed me the price. He asked for my feedback and my budget and he showed me other options to try as well. He made the process much easier than I had anticipated. In the end, I wanted to check out a couple other stores and do some computer research as well. He gave me info on the mattress I was most interested in and I thanked him and left. He was not pushy at all. I returned today after doing my due diligence. Met with Matt again at the store. He answered my questions and had me try a few other options. By this time, I felt confident in my decision and ordered a cal king mattress and box springs. Before I left, I introduced myself to the Store Manager and told him that Matt Brown is an exceptional salesperson. I explained that I have spent the majority of mt career in sales and I respect the fact that he was working to meet my needs as a customer.    Read moreI purchased a fairly expensive mattress 4 years ago , The consultants name was Floyd, he was a very nice guy, The mattress , after about a year started to lose it's support and sag,,,after a few more years it became lumpy, saggy, and pretty much lost all of its support, it started out as firm and was now soft , lumpy and mushy, and was hurting my back badly. I contacted the office and they arranged a mattress inspection, it went smoothely, the inspector agreed that it was failing, and he would turn the results in. The manufacturer declined the warranty and I contacted the office again, after speaking with Maria and relating my story to her, she told me she would see what she could do and call back,,,,,,she called back within a few hours and told me to go back to the store,,,and they will issue me a FULL CREDIT for the mattress,,,YES,,,,FULL PRICE money back credit !!!! SO ,,,off to the store I went and met Jessica,,,a very, very cool person,,,who is so fun to hang out with , it was like going to your best friend's house , not to mention she's a great asset to the company and a fully knowledgeable consultant.......I think I might have tried every mattress in the store ,,and picked out a highly rated and extremely comfortable Cloud Tech mattress. Sit N' Sleep,,does not even carry that brand of mattress anymore YET,,they fully warrantied the mattress, and decided to eat the price as the manufacturer ( Serta) has already declined to honor the warranty.
