WORSE dine-in experience ever. WARNING: FOR YOUR SAFTY. DO NOT GO HERE!!! IF YOU DARE TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. WATCH OUT AND EXPECT SOME KIND OF SKETCHY PEOPLE SITTING NEXT TO YOU. BEWARE OF YOUR VALUABLES OR DON'T GET HURT. We just came back from Greece and craving for Greek salad and kabab. We saw the good reviews and decided went for a quick early lunch today nearby. NIGHTMARE! The food (greek salad - not authentic, just regular salad. They put a lot of sour pickles in it, which shouldn't be. chicken kabab - it was mediocre, dolmades- cold version. I prefer the warm version).
NOW it comes to the safety for dine-in at the restaurant. There were 2 young girls (in their 20s) dressed nicely in chiffon dresses came into the restaurant, going table by table asked for money. I saw the manager gave them food and let them eat inside of the restaurant. They were sitting near the restroom. I had to pass them to go to the restroom. They harassed me and yelled when I passed by, maybe because I refused to give them money.
I told the restaurant manager the incident. He finally asked the girls to leave. The manager explained to me that out of courtesy he gave them food, and allowed them to eat inside of the restaurant because they told him that they were hungry. I understood his kindness towards poor. But first of all, why a restaurant would allow people who are not their customer to be inside of the restaurant? And gave them free food to eat when restaurant already knew these people were there looking for money! Who knows if they would do anything else or hurt anyone. I have seen these people operate in a group. The restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone and should have asked the girls to leave since the beginning. There are a lot of families with children in the restaurant, the restaurant was putting the real customers in danger.
This restaurant FAILED to provide safe dine-in environment for their customers and allow chances for crimes to happen.
I wonder if Luna Grill has a company policy and procedure in place for this type of situation and how ensure a safe environment for customers. My impression today is anyone can just go in and ask for free food if they are hungry. This type of "kindness" only encourages more crimes and putting real customers in DANGER!
I will not recommend anyone. my friends and family to go to a dangerous place to eat.
There are plenty of places for nice Mediterranean food, why...

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines amazing food with excellent service, look no further than Luna Grill. This charming eatery stands out not just for its delicious Mediterranean-inspired menu but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
Food: From the moment you glance at the menu, you can tell that Luna Grill takes pride in quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. The Mediterranean bowls are a standout; I opted for the Chicken Kabob Bowl, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The marinated chicken was perfectly grilled, tender, and packed with flavor, paired beautifully with fresh veggies, fragrant rice, and a drizzle of their signature garlic sauce.
The appetizers also deserve a mentionātry the Hummus Trio for a delightful tasting experience. Each hummus variant is uniquely delicious, and the pita bread is served warm, making it a perfect accompaniment.
Service: What truly sets Luna Grill apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, the staff, including Aida, Enrique and Edgar greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel valued. Our server, Aida was attentive without being intrusive, offering great recommendations and ensuring our drinks were always full. The entire team worked seamlessly together, which made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
Atmosphere: The ambiance at Luna Grill is inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that is perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The outdoor seating area is particularly lovely, especially on a pleasant evening.
Conclusion: Luna Grill is a gem that excels in both culinary delights and customer service. Again, Aida, Enrique and Edgarās service was OUTSTANDING. Whether you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine or just looking for a new favorite spot, this restaurant is worth a visit. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return to explore more of their enticing menu. Highly...

Every time my family and I visit this restaurant after we attend the second church service at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, with Pastor Jack Hibbs, weāre just blown away by how attentive Christina is and how well she takes care of us. Now, weāre not there like every week mind you, maybe once every two to three months, but Christina remembers us and welcomes us every time. I think many who are employed in the restaurant industry forget that their working in the āServiceā industry or perhaps they just donāt know how to serve others or just donāt care to. Iām not sure whatās going on, but ALL could take a page from Christinaās book on customer service. My son works in a restaurant and consistently tells us that sheās a pro at her job, because he knows what it takes to serve people at a consistently high level your entire shift. Itās exhausting at times for sure! So, kudos to Christina and kudos to Luna Grill for recognizing talent and keeping that talent employed! This is the reason we keep coming back! The food is awesome too! So, applause to the entire back house team for keeping the food hot and consistent! We have never been dissatisfied with what weāve been served! I donāt know who owns this restaurant, but you need to take care of all your employees! Theyāre the reason Iām motivated to write this review!
