81 years old and I'm looking for a mattress etc for the first time like so many others the ladies in my life took care of business for me. I've done tons of online research I've asked tons of questions to friends neighbors and others and I learned a lot along the way I realized that I have already after a short period of about 2 weeks I've slept / rested on over 50 beds with all the explanations from " experts"and others revolved in the process. After 3 weeks of constant looking etc I decided to pull off the freeway on the 71 just to do just to find possibly a location that's old mattresses in the Chino hills Mall. To my surprise the very first corner yielded mattress firm I laughed I thought what a clever name I pulled over I took a look at glanced inside and I went home. The next day I found my way back and I walked in and to my surprise a very cordial kind interested Man by the name of Darren approached me and we began to talk I was completely honest having experienced so many scenarios looking for a simple mattress and the man was brilliant clever intelligent kind sense of humor listen to listen to what I said translated it properly and the outcome he led me to was off the charts. The man was amazing every question I asked was answered and complete detail Harmony kindness ancd laughter. His approach was actually intelligent structured probing caring and analytical. Kind of a surprise since all I was looking for was the mattress. The bottom line is that after a period of time I had legitimate questions...

I had an exceptionally good experience with Mattress Firm in Chino Hills, CA. When I first arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by Vincent Villamor, the sales representative. The store is very well organized and heated (it was mid-40s and windy cold outside). Vincent did an excellent job in asking questions and allowing our conversation to flow. He is also a good listener and showed me a few beds that were all comfortable. I had many technical questions and took good notes. We eventually settled on the Purple3 Hybrid mattress with the MF900 adjustable base. The purchase process was easy, and we had the bed and base delivered and set-up within the week. There was a minor issue with the Purple pillows as they were out of stock at the Mattress Firm warehouse, however, Vincent was able to authorize a pick-up of the pillows at the Corona, CA store. Our first night on the bed was (actually all of our nights are) very relaxing and the massage feature put us right to sleep. We wake up well rested and ready for the day. Overall, my wife and I are very happy (hard to tell with the masks) with the bed and the sales team, including Mike and Kim who did an excellent job in helping to answer our questions. I really have a great shopping experience with representatives Tiffany . She is so helpful and very friendly. She is very patient with the customer. My wife and I are not sure what mattress would fit our need so we have to try almost whole store mattress around month of June . Despite we have try whole store mattress and keep asking Tiffany so many questions she still very patiently and professionally answers all our questions and concerns. Then I told Tiffany I was not ready to purchase my mattress yet cause we would like to shop around . Prior we left the store Tiffany would still keep her happy smile and professionalism. That would keep me really great impression. That would top sale person would do.

Unlike some of sale if you don’t buy something from those sale he or she wouldn’t keep smile face anymore.

After shopping around few mattress stores the “Mattress Firm’s store representative Tiffany provides me great impression in the previous visit that is part of reason why we would like return stores to purchase mattress from her.
