GameStop — Attraction in Chippewa Township

This Gamestop is the only one I love to buy from. I have know the manager since I was like 10 years old now and he is very awesome. They have a very well informed and creative staff. For example one of the newer girls recommend me a game for the Vita that I own and collects dust called Dangan Ropa. Let's just say my Vita never got played so much in its life it was a awesome experience that I never would of had otherwise. Also on midnight releases there is a special kind of energy there for example during the fallout 4 event we shot rad roaches with a nerf gun and the winner got a prize I can't remember what it was but it was super creative...

Bought a PS4 used from here. The controller they gave me with the unit doesnt work correctly, the charging cable that was given to me with the unit was some cheap 5 below cable that broke in two days as well. Called the store up and was informed that I had to track down a replacement controller at other stores. Absolutely horrible customer service, I can see why this company is failing. Gamestop will never receive my business again. NO EFFORT BY STORE ASSOCIATES TO CORRECT THE FACT THEY SOLD NON...

Well I have to say this was my first time in this store the gentleman was nice an polite i went to see what games they had I'm looking for mahjong game they say this a good game for older persons my age for memory to help u to identify things aswell they didn't any there but I at least was able to see all they had nice running the store he said he was manager of a couple stores...I was going ask him to call other store to see but he was very busy with other customers...so I can check back...
