This place can be hit or miss; I guess it just depends on who is working. Sometimes, I can pull right up to the drive thru and get my online order right away; no problems, typically right, albeit, sometimes they rush to get you your food so, in turn, I end up feeling rushed and forget to ask for sauces. But sometimes you have to wait until the previous car gets their food until they even take your order. Sometimes there's 2 cars ahead of you waiting to get their order, the third car is about to get their order, and then maybe, they will take your order. I have experienced it all. All that to say, the people who work here do a pretty good job. They seem to follow the online ordering very well with little to no mistakes from what I've experienced. However, sometimes the portioning seems rather off. I've ordered nachos and cheese and literally had a basically a splash of cheese. I imagined they must've been low in their dispenser and they were going to have to change it sometime soon, but, it's happened on several occasions after I've already checked the bag for accuracy and driven all the way home. I didn't realize I needed to check the items for quantity of ingredients. Either way, they don't do a bad job. I'm super thrilled to have them separate from KFC now, I was expecting to eventually become friends with this crew, however, they always just treat me like I'm just another customer. Also, the cinnamon twists taste completely awful at this location and they skimp you like crazy...
Read moreNOTE! Please disregard any review from before Jan of 2021. Those are from when it was KFC/Taco Bell. This one brand only location is brand new and hasn't been open for more than 9 months (as of writing this.) And it has an all different crew of workers. The only person from the KFC/Taco Bell that came over, has left.
The food is good, hot, and fresh (or as fresh as a taco bell gets. Lol) Speed can be a hit or miss. They try to be fast and speedy but they often get overwhelmed and decided that holding cars at the speaker is a good way to handle it. (Many of the workers there get too stressed and can't handle being backed up to the speaker all day. I always got yelled at for not stopping my order taking until that point. Lmbo)
That said, the workers are usually friendly, though there can be a few that get WAY too upset when they are busy. Over all most of them do their best to provide both quality food AND service.
They work hard and care about the quality of food you receive as well as your health and safety. They are clean and make sure all food that starts to sit gets thrown out and fresh is fried/heated and brought up. I have no issue eating here with my family as I know I do not have to worry about the safety...
Read moreUpdate: Tried to give it another chance and almost had my car wrecked by the manager who decided to fly through the parking lot in his red SUV. Who then proceeded to try to cause an accident again by brake-checking me repeatedly as I tried to exit the parking lot.
Won't be back to this one. Don't recommend unless you think taco bell's food is worth totaling your car over 😂
Stopped here to see what was on their new menu. One tip for prospective customers: don't go through drive through unless ready to order upon pulling up to the speaker. Otherwise, you will get asked over and over again whether you need help finding something (she asked 4 times in the span of 2min 😅) and get attitude when you say "no thank you, I just need a minute to decide". Food was edible-ish. The Caliente cantina chicken burrito was too spicy to consume (according to 3 different people) but the baja blast was drinkable. All in all, will probably go back out of convenience, but definitely not my...
