I feel the need to speak out about our visit today. There was an employee at the front counter who was very polite and helpful. He seemed to be attempting to do different tasks. He wanted to check the restroom while there were no customers. He was told no because he walks too slow. He attempted to go to the dining room and bus tables. The manager again told him no. She was very rude to him. She continually told him not to leave the register.. repeatedly in front of everyone in the dining room. He was trying to explain to her he couldn't stand for long periods due to a health condition. She seemed to not care. Every time he attempted to multitask she yelled at him. I don't feel that's how to treat an employee that's willing to work. People forget how to work effectively with other people. This isn't how you should address issues. In front of the entire dining room. We spoke to the employee before we left and informed him he was doing a great job. He thanked us. As a person with disabilities, I can't image being treated that way for an entire shift. She told him in no uncertain terms to take his break. It's his "bathroom break, leg break, everything break". They were actually arguing at the front counter. Someone should train the management in interpersonal skills. They're not going to keep people treating...
Read moreWaited in line in the drive-though, was slow but not unreasonable. Ordered the $20, 8 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken, upgraded the wings for breasts, which I was politely told would be an additional $1.25 each, which is well worth it. Also, substituted one of the two mashed potatoes that comes with the meal for Mac and cheese. At the pay window you drop your money in a cup. The man was concerned about the total of my bill not realizing my upgrade and made sure of what I had ordered. I appreciated that. You receive your change in the cup taking up your bills and they pour your coins into your hand. Your food is handed out to you to remove from a box. All is completely touchless. I asked if they have curbside pick up, No; and can you order online, Yes. Walk in is available for to-go orders only. Okay, now the food. The chicken was cooked nicely but some of the extra crispy coating was crispy outside and somewhat gooey inside, but still edible and good taste. The mashed potatoes and gravy very good taste and temperature. The mac and cheese taste good but was not warm, actually cool, but again edible. Biscuits were perfect. Overall, was pleased...
Read moreWe placed an order on the mobile app and it said it will be ready in 5 minutes. Then someone comes out and say that there systems had crashed and just came back and it was gonna be about a 10 minutes wait. We said that's fine and 30 minutes go by and still no food. So we send in someone from the car and they came back out and said they had told him the order just came through and they were preparing it now but they said they were out of pepsi. So this time I went in to figure out the drinks and the lady hands me my cups with an attitude so in my order I had two pepsis, a mtn dew, and a mtn dew sweet lightning. I replace the pepsis just fine but when I got my regular mtn dew it was discolored and just tasted like straight soda water. Then I get my food and it was missing a side of mashed potatoes and all the side sauces. The manager I talked to was terrible and didn't really know what he was doing. The sweet lady next to him though did and quickly got my sauces and side of mashed potatoes and gravy. So all together I waited 40 minutes for an order that should only took five. They didn't have the drinks right and there was...
