Don't waste your time or money here! You'll only get a sub with stuff you don't want. My husband went to get us subs. He called me after and said they wouldn't put the cheese I wanted on it. I knew you could pick the cheese you wanted in the past, so I called and asked for the manager. Manager tells me if I had ordered a sub online and then picked up in store I could have had it how I wanted but since it was ordered in store, she was not allowed to put different cheese on. TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE?!?! They should have just upcharged me for the pepper jack cheese and called it a day. Bad move Subway! Too many other sub shops to be so nitpicky about changing out cheese.
Manager also would not give me any info about this Subways owner or her manager.

Subway at the Chippewa Walmart, I went in to grab a quick snack for my child and I. Subway has these three dollar pepperoni wraps that are not pre-made they make that right there in front of you. My child does not like meat and I asked if they could just simply move the pepperoni over to my wrap and proceed. Young lady looks at her manager and says "Can we do that" The manager replies. "no we cannot he has to pay for extra for pepperoni on the one and we can give him a cheese wrap for the same price"
Not trying to be a Karen here but mathematically that makes no sense they are each $3 I'm just asking you to not put the pepperoni on the one each one comes with three slices of pepperoni and a slice of cheese. Simply move the pepperoni from one to the other and wrap them up.

Google reviews have existed for 18 years and this is the first time I've ever felt compelled enough write a negative one. I am not exaggerating when I say that they either get the order wrong or find a way to completely ruin a sandwich every single time, without fail. All of my coworkers have the same issues. This time I thought "I don't like the meatball but at least they can't mess that one up, right!?!?" I'm not sure these "sandwich artists" have ever eaten or seen food before.
