Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaver Falls — Hotel in Chippewa Township

Hi all sorry to say but our experience with this hotel is very pathetic and the reason we checked in before the the time and the room was very crampe and we requested to have another room and they will going to charge agin so we thought though we have time to check in at 3 we moved out because Priceline tried to talk to manger but he was not available at all no matter how many times they tried call him so we left before 3 pm to another hotel and there is a policy that we need to get the half of money returned but we tried next day also but the manger still not available and we know he won’t because it’s kind of a scam that if the manger is not the Priceline cannot refund or cancel the reservations so end of the we lost 650$ and the price li e gave us 15% on other booking I the future I do t think this is a proper way to treat your customers and the manger will never come to discuss about the issues of the customers we had a very bad experience with this hotel and we should have read about this hotel no matter they are good at customer service when it’s comes to solving the problems rather they hide themselves so that they can avoid not paying the money which is...

After a month stay at the hotel because our house caught fire I realized it's really not cleaned properly and when I complained for the 8th time and requested a manager who came to my room and looked just to say wow we can't have this I said well I called cooperate just to be told they have over 8,000 places and it's just a waste of time basically no one cares and when I say my room wasn't cleaned I mean they had the nerve to not even make the bed they just threw the blanket over the pillows then there were no clean towels it was one thing after another and for the breakfast it was all so lacking and I want to be clear this wasn't just 1 incident this has happened at least 2 times a week and Saturday was the last we can take with the poor service and horrible attitudes from the workers we are switching hotels today I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are way better...

I have stayed at this microtel no less than 30 times in the last 2 years. It’s located directly outside the gates of the beaver county airport. The staff is incredibly accommodating with me as I have 2 service dogs. They go out of their way to always put me in the most comfortable room close to an exit to make it easy with my dogs, even if that means an upgrade. They have never once turned me down for a late checkout, even during their busy season. I have tried a few other hotels in the area, they were horrible! This is the only place I stay or will stay when in Beaver falls. As a side not to the hotel itself, this location is perfect as there is an amazing Italian restaurant, Sals , 300 yards from the hotel, as well as Walmart , Home Depot , tractor supply , and ANY fast food you could ever want within 1 miles . 100% recommendations on this hotel if you are in this area.
