This was our first time here and we loved it enough that next time we're buying a membership! We have a 13 month old and he had such a blast. There are two toddler areas, it was a little harder to keep him out of the museum of clean stuff in the toddler area in the basement but I think they're still getting settled. Seriously perfect for all ages. And a membership is definitely worth the price if you go at least once a month or if you have more than one kid. I'm excited to see how they move things around but the museum sections are interesting to us parents so we didn't mind keeping him away while we read the information. Maybe add a couple more trash cans, his hands and knees and feet were black and we wiped them off but had to pocket the wipes. :) 8/6/25 we did end up buying another year's pass as well! But really hoping they can reevaluate the parties. Up to 12 kids is great, but each kid we invite brings their one or two parents. Our kids are just at that age that they have chaperones, probably for the next 7 years at least. It really makes it unaffordable to add 13 more adults at $5, and it would be rude to tell them to pay for themselves or tell a 3 year old's parents that they can't stay. These parents aren't going to be playing or visiting the museum of clean, just watching their kids...
Read moreI had the worst experience here with my children. I definitely do not recommend taking your children here. I am type 1 diabetic and while there I had severe low blood sugar to the point where if I did not eat I would pass out. I was eating pretzel bites inside this place just so I would not pass out. A rude worker told me there was no food allowed. I said I had low blood sugar so I have to eat. She then argued with me and said it was a rule and I could eat outside. I said no my children are playing in here I can’t just eat outside plus this is medical. She just walked away frustrated and then a rude older lady that happened to be in there said you’re going to get food all over the toys. I did not even touch any toys. They made me feel so bad just for making sure I did not pass out. I do not feel comfortable with a medical condition coming...
Read moreTook my 1 year old twins and 5 year old. My 5 year old declared when we left: "I just want to live in here" and that pretty much sums it up. Whoever designed this place really put thought into every single space. Everywhere is a good use of space without being crowded. The baby area is awesome, they can't escape and there's all sorts of toys for them to play with. The craft area is well stocked with lots of variety and the staff are willing to help the kids with it too. The whole place has a ton of variety and was a good price. I will definitely be going back many times! The only bad thing I could say is the floor could have been cleaner, crumbs on the floor in the baby area when it opened. But I am not saying the whole play is dirty because I felt like it was...
