If I was able to give this place zero stars I would. My shopping experience at this store as a new customer ended awfully. I am shopping thinking I am finding great “sales” only to find as I am at the register that I am unable to take advantage of these sales because I do not have an application for this such store. Really?? An app that is irrelevant to my shopping at a local neighborhood store. There is no sense of thought for new customers. Makes me wonder if Torres has any consideration of the demographic of where this store is located and the deception of their marketing. Not to mention that the cashier was talking to me in a condescending way, poor customers service. Huge suggestion to management since no manager was available during my visit, promote your “application” in bigger, bolder marketing to not deceive your customers. Visited on October 31, 2024, and was disappointed by the taqueria experience. The service was unorganized and slow, with several staff members crowded behind the counter, seeming to bump into each other and struggling to keep things flowing smoothly. The confusion impacted the quality of service, which could definitely use improvement.
I ordered two tacos—one carne asada and one chicharrón in green sauce. The flavors were average, but the portion sizes felt small for the price. They use very small tortillas, which doesn’t justify the high cost. I paid $10 for two tacos and a small horchata, which seemed excessive for what I received.
This place has potential if they make improvements: better service coordination, reasonable pricing, and larger tortillas for their tacos would make a big difference. As it stands, I don’t think I’ll be returning...

I was treated like I was wasting their time . No thank you at the end , no sorry for not knowing nothing . Ring in my veggies paid with the EBT card , lady said no it will not work you had to pay with the WIC card first and that’s what I did . Told me will not accept my other veggies because the computer said so not because of my balance but because I paid with another card first . Make no sense I paid with the correct card at first . If cashiers don’t know about anything of what is happening why not ask your manager ? Instead of telling people ( I don’t know) . We’ll find out perhaps? Cancel everything? Give me options here .
