I called this morning around 11:45 and placed a hold on a video game. I told them I would be getting off work at 8 pm and would make it there by 8:30-8:45. The employee on the phone told me that’s fine and they would have it for me when I got there. Arrived at 8:30 and they had the gates shut, an employee came up to the door and very rudely told me they changed the hours recently and I should have known that, however the hours online say they close at 9pm. If I should be aware of the closing time changes, it would helpful to have that information available to me, but it is not. Really disappointed because this store has been great to me in most previous experiences, but this really made me uninterested in ever going back. I know inventory listed online isn't always accurate, but he wanted a new copy & 1 was listed as available & actually listed as being less expensive than a used copy. The Glencrossing Way location also confirmed it was available at this location before we left. We arrived around 5 minutes later & although my son was able to sell all of his games, we were told that the new, less expensive game wasn't available.
