Hello! Good afternoon! I've been awaiting for a general manager to return my call from a massage I left about my experience, and I had waited over a week now! I have been treated such way like I am not welcomed at the glenway location and i was treated such strange way by Hannah the store manager last week. She tells me that I have to purchase 2 bowls if I like a little extra spaghetti in my large bowl that was not even close to the top like the advertised menu. I've came here before a few times and i have never been treated such way or felt like I was not welcomed and made to walk out the door! Her energy was very very very Off from how the other employees treated me in the past experience which was awesome! I really wanted to buy a bowl that I usually order from most of the locations and i never was told that a little extra spaghetti will be resulted and considered as 2 bowls of pasta when there is never barely any pasta in the bowl and the bowls cost about $14 already. I never understand the additional adding prices according to the menu! It seems that Piada restaurant managers just make up stuff and add on the extra price charges just to be strange. The extra spaghetti charges is not even posted on the menu. I strongly feel that it's strangely wrong to take advantage of the few customers that's left! And Nobody is never in the parking lots which means either not much customers or alot of business is being served to the public, or people maybe just isn't feeling quite welcomed like I myself! I've recorded Hannah telling me such made up extra over the head charge and when I left without accepting such overbearing negative motive towards me, I called Hannah on my cell phone in my car and asked her who is her manager, she was saying she have no manager and I didn't give in to such lie. So she eventually said his name is Justin, and she gave me a false fake number and I ended up looking online and finding a phone number when its just a voice mail saying leave a message, and im sure that it shouldn't be many complaints because the lots is always empty! I also called another piada out of state, and the manager there explained that they will reach out to that store because that's typically not the way business should be conducted for extra spaghetti! I will post the video of my experience! I really don't appreciate the unnecessary unfairly file discusting unprofessional unacceptable treatment towards me, and I didn't get to even go to work as a night shift worker with a light dinner I planned on having from Piada, Chipotle is my next experience and hopefully they have better services! But I will leave it be to the grace of my money elsewhere that appreciates...

Came in on a Saturday afternoon after a workout with my girlfriend. She had recommended this place before and it was only right to take her word for it.
As soon as you walk in, your nostrils are filled with the lovely scent of freshly baked bread. Might be because the rolled pitas are cooked right in front of you!
It is a made-to-order style restaurant like chipotle but the concept is fast-casual Mediterranean food which is new, refreshing, and healthy! You start with your base; then, protein; and ultimately, your toppings.
It was a bit overwhelming but if you are a first timer like me—go for a power bowl.
The base was quinoa ( looks and taste like rice) We ordered the protein which was half grilled chicken and half steak. The grilled chicken and the steak were cooked to perfection. Props to the grill guy!
The hummus added that deep flavor that extends your pallet if you are new to Mediterranean food but it also enriches the flavor of the bowl.
Together with the onions, broccoli, and other veggies. After my long, sad, disappointing, and fallen relationship with chipotle— I finally found a fast-casual spot that is better on quality of food, healthier, and most importantly—flavorful.
It was a bowl with so many components that made the bowl very dynamic and profound.
It was a new experience that left me satisfied without breaking the bank at 13$ per bowl— its a must try.
May consider marrying my girlfriend just for putting me onto this place! It was that GOOD!
Will come back to try their rolled pitas and more of their creamy...
Read moreLove the food, but strongly STRONGLY recommend against using them for catering needs. It was a terrible experience for us that I hope to save others from going through. To begin, I hadn’t heard from Piada at all up until when I called them a day before our event. When I called them, the catering department couldn’t locate our order. After several calls back and forth from the catering department to the restaurant, they were able to find our order, but explained that we hadn’t heard from them because our order was scheduled for 11pm the following day. I referenced my confirmation email I received 2 weeks prior and explained that my confirmation email clearly said 6pm but the catering department had no record of delivery at that time. The catering department then changed their record of the catering order to match the confirmation email I had.
The day of the event, half of the order (all of the meat) was left at the store by the dasher. It felt unreliable that our catering order was delivered by DoorDash, which no one explained to us until after we paid for our order. One of the Piada chefs, who we were extremely thankful for, drove the missing dishes to the venue for us, only to get there and say the restaurant was out of match sets which we paid for in our catering package, so we had nothing to keep the food warm with. Nothing was worth the stress and running around we had to do during our event to make up for the terrible catering service. I hope to save someone else the stress we...
