Do not order online, go in person so you can see what they're doing. I ordered a plate of chow mein, Beijing beef, and kung pao chicken but not one thing in that meal was edible. The chow mein was cold and dried out, the Beijing beef was burnt and dry with no sauce, and I had zero chicken in the Kung Pao chicken- it was literally a spoonful of peanuts hidden under the beef. The rice in the other orders were also dry. I get that this location is busy, and maybe the employee filling my order thought it'd be funny to give me peanuts, but serving food like that to a paying customer is unacceptable. It was also kind of awkward having to reach into the shipping boxes of sauce packets on the mobile order shelf to grab the sauce packets that weren't in my order as requested. To add insult to injury, I spent $30 and didn't even get any fortune cookies. I don't eat out often because I can't afford to, so I look forward to the few times a year I do treat myself and my kids. It was super disappointing that I feel like I wasted my money here when I could've ordered elsewhere. I will never come back again after being made to feel like my order doesn't matter to the people working there. Here's hoping I don't get sick from eating the...
Read moreI can't stand cheap restaurants! I ordered the sweet chilli chicken and received a bunch of peppers, onions, pineapples and SMALL bits of chicken. When I returned, after looking at my food in the car, to ask about the portion size of chicken I was told because it comes with vegetables there isn't a lot of chicken in serving such as how much you would receive with the orange chicken which do not have veggies (the explanation given when I said other patrons received generous protein portion servings). Ok, then explain why the pieces for those other non-vegetable proteins such as orange chicken have larger sized chicken pieces? I will not be returning and I already informed my son not to ask me to go there again, on my dime, either. The young lady who served me informed me if I received 7 pieces of chicken and I could purchase more for $1.50. Why would I purchase more onions, peppers, and pineapples!? I mean that's really what it consists of. Also the veggies you're seeing were an additional entree choice. And while polite, the young lady chose to use her marker to point out the seven pieces of chicken as she talked very close to...
Read moreWent into this store at 8:50, 4 people walked in before us that’s 6 people. The bowls are all empty half the serving area is already broken down. The people at the front of line which is 8 people in line now are saying wow everything is empty. The girl serving is saying what did you expect we close in 8 minutes, that’s what happens when you come into a restaurant at the last minute. I’ve been in the restaurant/service industry 30 years. No you’re not closed until the doors are locked. 8 people in line is another 50- 100 dollars profit. You’re working at a business. If people want walnut shrimp at 8:50 they should be able to get it this is capitalist society. So you get to leave 10 minutes earlier but you just lost Panda Express 8 future customers because I’m not coming back. If you work in the service industry serve, do your job and keep your mouth shut. You want to run your mouth and complain do it when the doors are locked and all the customers are satisfied....
