Haines Farm & Garden Supply — Attraction in Cinnaminson Township

I love the selection here. But every time I go there I feel like I’m bothering them when I have questions. They seem happy to take my money but aren’t very friendly. I’ve gone several times and this is always my experience. Today I went and needed help so I asked the employee who looked at me as I said excuse several times. My husband noticed and was like didn’t you see her talking to you. Only than did he pay attention. He said he didn’t hear me but was in-conversing with others who look more like him. Suffice to say he heard and seen me. I really haven’t been treated well when I visit Haines nursery. The question is why? I’m always polite as this is my favorite thing to do. My wife and I had purchased a Christmas tree last December from the Haines store. It was a clearance item and came with no guarantees. This was made clear to us at the time of purchase. After only a few days some of the lights went out in the tree. I contacted the management at Haines after the holidays and they immediately offered to replace the tree. We agreed to wait until the fall to make the return, and I am happy to report they kept their word and we picked up a brand new tree without charge. Because it was a clearance tree they really could’ve said no, but they didn’t even hesitate to make it right.

WOW, I just have to comment on the customer service my husband and I received at Haines Farms and Garden today. Last week we purchased a spray to control the insects on one of our pepper plants but the instructions were not visible so we went back to get the instructions and the guy at the counter told us it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how to use this product. Then he said we didn't purchase it there when we had our receipt plus their sticker on the bottle!!!!
