Awards By Walsh's & Creative Marketing — Attraction in City of Cohoes

The organization I work for provided custom branded materials, bags, mugs shirts, coats etc. though Awards by Walsh back in August 2023. I placed an order for a travel mug, and a polo shirt. I received an order confirmation email immediately. two weeks later 08/28/23, I emailed Awards by Walsh asking for a status update. They emailed back saying the order will be shipped the next week. That never happened. After several emails and calls with no response or call backs, I demanded my money back calling them a scam and a fraud. They finally emailed back with the shipping label and tracking number on 10/12/23. They claimed the mugs were on back order but will be in the next week. it is now 11/16/23 still no mug, and no communication or replies to my emails. This companies website states fast service, fast shipping and fast/professional communication This is a straight up lie. They do not initiate any communication they do not provide tracking numbers unless requested, even though their website says they send them immediately. This company is a joke and a scam. They deserve negative 5 stares. I have never dealt with a company or service like this that wasn't a scam. If this company is legit, their business practice mirrors a fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. I never will again, besides they are way over priced.

Update: The President/owner of the company called me after seeing my review and looked into my order, and found out it was one of the sales rep's that messed up and mishandled my order. The owner made sure the second half of my order went out immediately, and sent me a full duplicate of my original order at no cost to me and a full refund to make it it as right as possible. I received that order and the refund very quickly.

I would say 3.5 stars if I could since it took my review to get the ball rolling, but the owner said that what happened to me is very rare, but being human things can fall...

I was told that if I wanted quality work to use Awards by Walsh, so last month I ordered 2 shirts to be embroidered. I spoke with Steve who was very kind and always followed up with me before taking the next step. Not only were the shirts exactly what I wanted they arrived 2 day's earlier than expected.I was so impressed that last week I contacted Awards by Walsh and had the privilege to correspond with Deanna who like Steve not only reviewed my order for 2 more shirts she followed up with me before completing it , she offered ideas that I thought were great. I have never had this kind of service from anyone, anywhere. The people are very kind, thoughtful and do great work. I told a friend about a project at Walsh's and he laughed at me and said "good luck". He was right. You must be really patient to do a job with this staff. They're scattered, the product is flimsy/cheap and I paid for an order that I never received (but did tell them to keep the product and money so I never had to walk in that store again. I couldn't show up to event again with cheap stuff anyways, made me look bad) Working with this crew is a lost cause unless you just need t-shirts but even then.. you'll be asked 3 times if it's right and when you get it.. it will be cheap cheap stuff.
