Business built on lies and unprofessional tactics. I wanted to rent another thing and they never have my pay schedule correct so I keep being late. I was told that could lease an item if I paid off well I wanted to lease a living room set since I was planning on paying off something and I get told I have to make 5 on time payments otherwise I’m not approved which the two associates I spoke to gave me two different stories so I’m definitely bringing my business elsewhere. I have been with this company since they were originally easyhome and now that it’s rent a center they are robbing customers blind on top of the lying scammy ways they call business. Unprofessional & rude!! When you begin to get defensive because of the way they talk to you, they have the nerve to tell you YOU'RE the one who was rude!! They were late delivering my items & gave me a hard time & damaged our rental property. I just began working again & missed a payment & it's been non-stop harassment now. Just had to have the manager of this store removed from my job by the police in Rotterdam! Any Manager isn’t allowed to pose as a debit collector and make your private business, public!
