Awful experience tonight. Ordered for delivery at 6:45pm and called a couple times when i got a notification that order was canceled. Was told order was not canceled and was still coming. After 2HOURS i called back and asked if i can pickup instead but asked them to remake the food. They said yes no problem. Went to pick the food up and it was not remade so they gave us food that’s been sitting for over 2 hours now. And the order was missing items. Called back and they offered me a free meal to make it up?? I said I need a refund, was told they will call me back. They called back and said they will give me a refund. 10 minutes later they called back again and said that i need to return the food to get a refund???? I said I can’t go back tonight, they said they’re closed tomorrow. They wanted me to take the food back 2 days from now so they can then process a refund! They told me keep it in my fridge for two days to return it. I said I’m not doing that and had to threaten to report the charge to my bank to get a refund. They said they’ll call back. Another 10 minutes later they called back and said they will give me a refund and to keep the food( which was already in the trash anyway). I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go here again. It’s under management that isn’t even in the store location. Very frustrating experience and took a couple hours out of my night. Would never trust the food again either. Go literally...
Read moreSo last night, I placed an online order with China One, using my debit card to make the purchase. Just this morning, I received 3 notifications from my bank that 3 transactions that I haven't heard of cannot be made due to insufficient funds. Thank god I don't have enough funds, otherwise those charges would go through. As you can see on the 1st and 2nd screenshots, you can see the time difference between the 2. I also posted a few more screenshots referring to an earlier incident, because I noticed the date/time difference between when I placed an order then, and when 4 unknown transactions came up. I called China One today and tried to report the situation. The manager who answered kept interrupting me and asking me for my address, but I wasn't even gonna disclose my address at this point. I had no choice but to hang up and write this review. If you want your card/bank info to be safe, which I'm sure many of you do, pick a different Chinese restaurant to order from, do not order from China one. I could be wrong, but based on what I have said, and the screenshots I posted, someone from China One stole my debit card information, they made 4 transactions successfully 2 months ago, and tried to make 3 more...
Read moreI ordered and paid for my food over the phone for a delivery. After waiting for 45 minutes I got a call from the place telling me my card was declined and they needed another credit card. I asked them to verify the number they had while I checked my bank app. The charge did go through. I explain to the woman that the charge did go through and she says she knows but she refunded me and now is unable to recharge my card... This makes no sense. After several minutes of back and forth I request the food I ordered and paid for. The woman declined and again insist I give her another credit card. I refused. I now am out the original price of ordering for a family of 6. Do not have my food and the restaurant refusing to give it to me. I have to dispute the charge for food I NEVER GOT. And replace my bank card originally iused to pay for the order due to the restaurant being shady.
I cant speak on the food that we never got. But as far as business practices this place...
