Rizzo's House of Flowers — Attraction in City of Cohoes

I previously ordered a funeral arrangement that came out beautiful so I figured I'd order from them again. I ordered two Fall arrangements yesterday that contained yellows, burnt orange, deep reds, etc. I specifically selected the box during ordering that said "do NOT substitute arrangement". Both recipients received their flowers and 1. Was in a cute pumpkin vase and had a few yellow flowers but other than that, mostly contained red roses/pink roses, etc. 2. The second was even worse. There were white hydrangeas, red roses, pink roses & had a large purple bow on it. It looked like an Easter arrangement. (SEE PHOTOS COMPARING WHAT I ORDERED VS WHAT WAS RECEIVED) While the flowers were pretty, they were absolutely nowhere near what I ordered. I called the florist and while he was nice about it, there was no offer for a refund of any kind. Just a suggestion that he would pick up the arrangements from the recipients and make new arrangements the following day. It seemed really rude for me to tell these people "hey someone is coming to take yout flowers back".. it just seemed like an extremely odd an unprofessional solution. He kept insisting it was better to send something rather than nothing, however, that was the whole point of me selecting the box that said NOT to substitute. Sadly, I was extremely disappointed and likely won't ever order...

We had the pleasure of working with Rizzo's House of Flowers for a Bridal Shower, and the flowers were nothing short of breathtaking. Mike provided us with flowers for a Bouquet Bar for guests to each make their own bouquet and take it home with them. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous—fresh, vibrant, and artfully arranged. The color palette was spot on, perfectly complementing the decor. The bride-to-be was blown away, and the guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the flowers were.
