I would really like to see your business succeed. I have few ideas for a better dining experience. Food was great, huge portions. I did NOT like drinking warm tap water that we had to pour ourselves. (Yes we could of asked for ice but should not of needed to) Please do what other restaraunts do get a metal pitcher with ICE water and then fill the glasses as your being seated this way is much classier. Dessert was $11 very pricey but excellent & a large serving, it could of fed 2 people. The waitress recited the dessert menu without prices should have dessert menus even if its just a laminated poster board with desserts listed & prices. so we were little shocked when the bill arrived. Other prices were super and portion huge & delish. Maybe a smaller serving of dessert at half the cost. Just a few minor critiques. The kitchen staff was super noisy. Dropping pans and the noise seemed excessive maybe someone back there was not happy?? So a romantic and quiet dinner was not to be had. I will be back and hope to see some of these minor changes and good luck. One last thing maybe more of a dress code & professional look for wait staff might be...

Authentic Homemade Italian Perfection at Anthony's! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anthony's Italian Restaurant in Cohoes is a true gem, and dining there was an absolute pleasure! It easily earns five stars from me. The first thing I noticed was the fantastic service – everyone was efficient, the wait was short, and my food arrived quickly, which is always appreciated.

The star of the show, however, was the incredible food. It tasted genuinely homemade and packed with authentic Italian flavor. I started with a delicious order of Mozzarella Sticks – perfectly crispy and cheesy. For the main event, I couldn't decide, so I tried both the Chicken Parm and the Stuffed Shells. Both were phenomenal! The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the shells were rich and satisfying. You can tell they take pride in their cooking.

I cannot recommend Anthony's Italian Restaurant enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through Cohoes, NY, do yourself a favor and stop in for a meal. It's the perfect spot for delicious, authentic Italian food served with speed and care. Definitely a top...

I don't want to get too in depth with the food I had for numerous reasons but I'll say this: the restaurant is clean and has a unique decor to it. It has a bar stacked with any drink you want and a tv. The customers (which is assume we're locals) appeared to enjoy their food. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were attentive and cordial. My first time in Cohoes and the strip they are located in is at the beginning of the strip. The walk i took from there showed a beautiful town with a lot of age, hope, beauty, and a strive that there can be only better things to come to that town. My favorite thing from this restaurant was the lemon blueberry cake (which appeared to be not made commercially). It was moist without being wet with the right amount of fondant. The syrup drizzled on the plate was...

This is a little hidden gem that serves some of the best “real” Italian food we’ve ever had in the Capital Region. Everything is homemade from the sauce, tender meatballs, pasta etc. prepared and cooked to perfection both in flavor and texture. The sauce you want to drink from a cup - it is that good!!! Their beans and greens with sweet Italian sausage, lasagna, veal supreme, and lemon blueberry cake were absolutely delicious. This place is a rare find of just really good Italian food. Portions and prices are very reasonable. Dawn was our server - very welcoming and made our experience a good one. Donald, one of the owners who also does some of the cooking came by to greet us and see how our dinners were. Highly recommend Anthony’s Italian Restaurant.

What a nice find in the middle of Cohoes. There's a limited menu consisting of various meats with different pasta options each night. The food was good, not great. Homemade pasta came extremely al dente (And I do like Al dente pasta). The chicken francese was rather watery. And by that, I don't mean thin or liquidy. And by that I truly mean it tasted watered down and had very little lemon, garlic or wine flavor. The bread and the presentation of oil and balsamic drizzle and pesto was absolutely amazing. The sausage and peppers were fantastic. This restaurant is certainly worth giving another try. The servers were attentive and friendly.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner tonight at Anthony’s Italian Restaurant Cohoes food was delicious, with the Meat and Cheese Board, Fried Mozzarella, and Stuffed Cherry Peppers for appetizers, followed by Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Cavatelli, Veal Francese, and Seafood Risotto (not pictured) for dinner. Service was a bit slow, but they were by themselves, working the bar and the dining room, and were very pleasant, so we didn't mind. The food made up for any inconvenience. The flavors were robust, and the plates were well-portioned. Definitely will heading back soon!
