My computer suffered a problem so I called the Computer Room and they told me what the problem most likely was. They confirmed it was a dead hard drive and replaced it with a new one as well as the other hard drive inside that was close to ending the same way. Communication over the phone was great and they handle it all very professionally. Computer was ready in just a few days after dropping off. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs help with their computers.
2nd Experience April, 2024. Had a fan issue that needed to be replaced. The technician not only replaced the fan but went out of the way to make sure airflow inside the computer was as efficient as it could be by moving some hardware where they needed to be for optimal flow. Read moreI have four computers operating at my home, so it’s safe to say I am not exactly a novice when it comes to troubleshooting. I purchased a Dell XPS 8940 roughly three years ago. The machine was overheating and, as a consequence, its performance was becoming erratic. Dust and ventilation were non-issues. I was ready to open the desktop’s tower and re-paste the CPU; but, since it’s not an inexpensive machine, I thought better of it. To make a long story short, the folks at Computer Room quickly diagnosed, fixed, and explained to me in detail the software conflict that had arisen -- a solution I never would have been able to identify. Suffice it to say, this desktop computer now runs like new and I (and my wallet!) couldn’t be more pleased.
