State of Mind — Attraction in City of Plattsburgh

About a month ago I bought cake pens as pictured. I tested them they worked when I left the store. Brought them home didn’t use them for about a week because I still had my other ones that I hadn’t finished yet. Owner wouldn’t refund or replace. He said empty them and use the fluid that way. Well after opening up the pens it’s evident why. They had nothing to take out. It’s like either he had someone working for him empty them out if caught would offer to replace them behind the owners back as he didn’t know and was irate that I demanded the same treatment I had received for one I previously bought and had an issue with. I didn’t open that one up. Funny enough the other guy was fired and no longer worked there after my complaint. I don’t know if the employee was a scapegoat or the one behind it. Could have been a bad batch but since there were different flavors I doubt it was a batch problem. The owner says contact cake. Doesn’t provide the supplier and I am unable to contact cake. You would think he would be more helpful since I spent lots of money at this store and also had my friends and family go here. Obviously that’s changed. I am opening up a BBB complaint and contacting a lawyer. I hope turning me away was worth the trouble you are about to experience. I am a Veteran with severe PTSD issues and this store owner doesn’t care about his customers. Good luck dealing with this over priced store. Spent $45 on a vape pen and when I opened it it didn't work and oil was leaking everywhere. The top was loose and the man (tall, older, grey hair) accused me of unscrewing the top on purpose and pouring the juice out. Like I'm going to do that to a $45 pen I just spent money on (that makes so much sense). I have barely any extra money, but apparently I'm just going to throw $45 away. $45 I was debating on spending to begin with! Anyway, He was extremely rude the second I asked him if I could get some help with it. I will never go there again and I will tell all of my friends to never go there again. I had just bought the pen the night before and had to go to work so obviously I couldn't go back in right away so I went in the day after, and he was a complete jerk. he asked me why I waited so long to go back in (not even 24 hours after purchase), and I explained I couldn't because I had to work. He sat there and accused me of purposely pouring this juice out and unscrewing the lid, rolling his eyes at me, and making unnecessary comments talking to me like I'm an idiot... So I asked why he was being so rude and he says"I'm not" as he rolls his eyes. That "man" needs to take classes on customer service and how to speak to people! I have never in my life had someone be that rude to me at a place of business, I was so shocked the way this man spoke to me and hope he doesn't treat all the customers that way when they have a problem with an item from this shop. There is one solid dude that use to work here not sure if he is still there his name is cody. That being said anything thats not handled by him and by the owner instead is completely un acceptable. Dennis's business ethics are SHADY AT BEST!!! He has a larger than life attitude because he has a chain of smoke shop in the middle of nowhere in the north country. His first shop in plattsburgh was shut down for shady operations. It probably won’t be long till the same thing happens to this one. I have been in the store while the owner is sitting there just doing nitrous.
