If you're looking for a candy shop... no, wait... any sort of shop who caters to their customers it's Stever's. It's no wonder they have been around for decades. The staff certainly does carry on the tradition set forth by the Stever family. We had ordered Easter candy this past spring to be sent to our great niece and nephew, 6 yr old twins in Franklin, TN. We did this from our home in FL. While the website is not the easiest to maneuver when placing an online order, they are more than willing to help when you call them. The twins, our nephew and his wife were so pleased with the Easter candy, we decided to order Halloween candy. The twins were so excited with the Easter treats... they each had their own little package of sweets to open. Time got away from us, so we weren't able to place our order until yesterday, Oct. 27th. We called the store, Danielle was so accommodating. Danielle pulled up our shopping cart on her PC, packed our order and assured us it would go out yesterday. This morning we were able to track the package, and it is scheduled for delivery right on Halloween. Read moreSo disappointed. I stopped in on my birthday (3/8) to get some of my favorite chocolates. The staff were all busy working on things behind the counter. When I was finally greeted I asked for 3 dark chocolate coffee creams. The staff member got the chocolates from behind the glass and my companion saw her grab what he thought was a lemon and two coconut chocolates. I asked the staffer when she handed then to me, "three coffee creams?" She said, "yes." I figured she must've known something we didn't about where the chocolates were located. She did appear to be new as another staffer was showing her how to ring up. Unfortunately, they were not coffee creams and not flavors I like so it was time and money wasted.
*Update I finally made it back to Stevers and got my coffee creams. They made it right...

Of my 13,000 review-views, this one will have to be the least positive as the service was the worst I’ve encountered here in my hometown at ANY establishment.
I am diabetic. I can only eat sugar-free chocolates so I go to Stever’s, my closest source.
I spent $1200 last year at Stever’s yet they don’t acknowledge me as a frequent customer for all my personal & business gift purchases.
When I asked if they had more inventory in the stock room (which they have had on 3 prior visits), I got a blank expression and an indifferent “If you don’t see it we don’t have it”
The store was empty as was the service.
