First I’ll start by saying nick is amazing!!! But as for the quality of custom pieces they’re horrible!!!! I had a custom name pedant made for my wife that took them 6 months to design after finally getting it right they made the charm within 1 week of wearing it a couple times, diamonds fell out of the pendant. Nick fixed the issue and gave me back the pendant and within a month the pendant lost 2 more diamonds. I brought the charm to TraxNYC when I picked up wedding band they made for me and had them look at her charm to see if there was a way to stop the stone from falling out by resetting the diamonds and they said no, no matter what they did the stones will continue to fall out because the way the mold was made the prongs sets that hold the diamonds in are to short and don’t secure them so in time every stone will fall out. Thousands of dollars on something thats going to continue to fall apart. Don’t have custom pendants made by them. This hasn’t only happened to my wife’s it’s also happened to two other people I know that had custom pieces made. So it’s not just a mistake it’s something that’s happening to...

Absolutely terrible service ... Bought a diamond Rolex for around $7,800. It was sold new in box . I Purchased the watch on 6/21/2019. Less than month later all of the diamonds were falling apart and was sold on this Rolex being "Scratch Resistant" which was the farthest thing from the truth! Was hardly ever worn and it did not hold up like a Rolex should. I went back to the location only to be threatened and harassed and told try to " sell it to try to get some of your money back because we don't do returns or exchanges" I Asked for repair or anything of some sort to help but they couldn't grant me anything or take care of their customer.. By far the worst customer service and business I've ever done business with...... Please save your money and actually go to a genuine jewelry store that cares for their clients and makes them satisfied. Nick saved the day for a uncertain bride! We tried so very hard to match our family ring set. I am so very impressed by his time and consideration. He understood our emotions and accepted how many rings we tried on. There was no pressure but instead absolute resolution to our concerns wants and needs.
