I loved this place. we stopped in to browse and ended up meeting new friends. we booked a pottery class and made vases with Kristy. she was an awesome teacher, very easy to get a long with, and very encouraging to beginners. we felt so welcomed and we appreciated the great time. they also have amazing artwork for sale that we bought.

My family and I recently traveled to Clayton to visit extended family in the area. Unfortunately, because of some serious health issues, we were limited with our choices of entertainment and venues. Knowing our situation, Kristy was kind enough to give my family a private watercolor class. She brought all the materials to us at the Wooden Boat Inn (very comfortable and quaint place), and we had an absolute blast. Kristy is an excellent teacher who made the time fun and entertaining. We learned new techniques, painted some awesome pictures, talked, laughed, and had a wonderful time. I can't wait...
