I entered recently with my family and had the door closed and locked behind me. I thought they were closing so I thought nothing of it. The store didn't have what I was looking for so I ended up leaving. 5 minutes later I pass the store and there are white people in the store, browsing and the door wide open. I was pretty confused but it didn't take long for me to realise what was going on. The door was locked behind me because they thought I would run out with the merchandise. My money is worth the same amount as anyone else's, and the only difference I noticed between me and other shoppers is the color of our skin. Never experienced such rude and disgusted looks from 2 elder boutique associates that were supposed to be there to assist me? You would think I interfered with there day because not only did they not greet me! When I took it upon myself to spark up a conversation about the bag I was in there to buy!!
