This was hands-down the worst coffee experience I’ve ever had. My daughter and I stopped in after shopping, hoping for a decent coffee break, but what we got was a complete disaster.
To start, they didn’t even have chai, so I settled for a pumpkin cold brew, and my daughter got a cold espresso drink. The place was filthy and smelled like something was burning. I overheard a staff member mention it to someone else, but no one even bothered to check. This was the first red flag.
When I finally got my drink, it tasted like burnt milk with zero coffee flavor—an absolute mess. I told the barista I didn’t like it, and his response? “Yeah, a lot of people don’t like it.” Unbelievable. He offered to make a new one, but somehow, the remake tasted even worse. I should have demanded my money back right then.
As for my daughter’s drink, it was just as bad. I watched the barista lazily attempt to add foam, but only two drops came out, and he didn’t even try to make it right. He handed it over as if he didn’t care at all. Another customer even commented that she was glad it wasn’t her drink—clearly, we weren’t the only ones noticing the terrible service and lack of care.
This place is overpriced, filthy, and run by staff who seem as miserable as the drinks they serve. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this place is an overpriced joke. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—save your money and go...
Read moreIt could very well be because I went on New Year's Day, but the store was under staffed and very visibly dirty. Spent 20 minutes in line just to order and spent another 20 minutes to get my drink. At the Paramus location I always order the hall and oats cold brew from their cold brew bar - this time it was basically a cup of milk. I had to return it and ask for more coffee to which the barista started to make a new one that was just as milkier as the last. I felt bad even having to bring it up because the barista was visibly stressed and apologizing for being short staffed - shame on management. I always get the hall and oats cold brew from their Paramus location and it comes great every time, I think the machine they use at this Westchester location must be broken. But for this location to be poorly run and the only real coffee spot at the mall is just ridiculous and...
Read moreIf you're looking for the perfect coffee experience, Gregory's Coffee is the place to go, and a big part of what makes it so great is the incredible baristas who make every visit feel special. Chelsea, Ebony, and Cory are all stars.
Chelsea has such a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. She's always ready with a friendly smile and some great recommendations. Ebony, with her sharp attention to detail, can make even the busiest mornings feel effortless. Cory rounds out the team with his laid-back but focused style, and I can always count on him to make my coffee just the way I like it. As for the food, the Skinny sandwich is hands down my favorite. I’ve tried other sandwiches on the menu, but none hit quite the same way the...
