Bang — Restaurant in City of White Plains

Me and my daughter had a late lunch and my experience was not good at all. my daughter wanted to order the bowel fish but they didn't have it, than she said the buttered chicken than again they said they didn't have it so she was left with the sesame chicken which was what i was going to get. Once they opened the top to the pot I noticed that the chicken looked like it was sitting in that pot for a long long time and maybe even from the day before. I told the lady I didn't want the bowel but it was to late she made it anyway for me too. we had rice and vegetables and corn. After we paid we went to eat and the chicken was hard stale and unpleasant it was loaded with this horrible sauce. I went back to the counter and told the manager and she ask what I wanted and I said my money back and she said she can not do that. so I said what can you do for me she said I can pick something else so i said what else can I pick you don't have anything to pick from. low and behold they had buttered chicken and the fish, why couldn't they tell me they where coming out with fresh fish and buttered chicken so i said buttered chicken and she literally gave me (2) two pieces of chicken in a small round bowel. Very very upset will not be eating there especially for the customer service, I paid a lot of money ($30.00) for 2 pieces of chicken. I think I deserve my money back the manager saw that i didn't eat my food and she saw the chicken was hard and old stale but she didn't...

I come here fairly often for lunch as it’s close to my office. I typically enjoy the meal and they have tons of options and flavors. Unique menu and overall tasty and seems fresh. A few suggestions I hope management would take seriously:

1. portions could be a bit bigger, especially the protein
2. ordering is very difficult and confusing. The food offerings are always covered and you need to ask to see everything. It makes the process stressful and you feel rushed to make a decision. I’d suggest a new setup with hot tables and clear covers that are labeled with a description of the item so customers can easily read and understand what it is
3. along with 2 above, I’d suggest overhauling the way the menu is organized. There should a “pairs with” type of format so people know what flavors of protein, base, sides and sauce work well together. Also some already listed bowls with suggestions for substitutions.

Like I said I’ve come many times and always enjoy the taste but sometimes the flavors or textures don’t match up well and it’s because I was confused by ordering. Hopefully it can get a little clearer and easier and I think customers would really...

Not good at all. First I want to say, do not get a soda from the fountain. It’s evident that the fountains aren’t cleaned. Luckily we got a clear drink so we could see the mold chunks floating around before taking a sip. But that set the expectation for the rest of the meal. If I we weren't so hungry we wouldn’t have rolled the dice on the food poisoning we will likely get. We tried a little bit of a few things but everything was gross. It all seemed like it was made yesterday and had just been sitting as they were (in large bowls covered by a sheet of paper). Noodles were very dry and the sauces were not good. One of the sauces was supposed to be mango pickle but they were just slices of what seemed like inedible, tough fruit skins soaked in oil and a small amount of green sauce.
