Shake Shack The Westchester Mall — Restaurant in City of White Plains

I came in here even after reading the bad reviews, I still took a chance. I figure if I say well-done I wouldn’t get raw meat. I have an extremely low immune system after an organ transplant so I always ask for it well done anyway. To my surprise one of the burgers was raw. My daughter’s burger was well-done and mine completely raw just like one of the pictures of the reviews I had read before coming here. I couldn’t believe it. I took it back and no one even said I’m sorry about that, nothing. My order said both well-done. They took the raw burgers and threw it out. I left for a second to check on my daughter and came back thinking I would have a well-done burger and instead they ask me if I wanted another one or my refund? Yesterday I had a meal from the shake shack in the Westchester and let me tell you first off they got my order wrong. And the woman I spell to first, said there is nothing that they could do about it. Then I asked to speak to the store manager and he replace my meal. Afterwards, I hate my meal and took one home. No surprise really but after consuming the burger from the Shake shack, my mother and I both felt sick to our stomachs horrible food poisoning.. My mother called the Westchester shake shack to notify them that whatever was in the meat was bad and she didn’t wanna get other people sick they said there’s nothing they could do to call their corporate office. This restaurant doesn’t have any kind of customer service and they obviously don’t care about how their customers treated. Although I didn’t purchase anything from this store, my teenage daughter had an interview. They told her to sit and wait for the manager and left her waiting for over 20 minutes.

When we go to see what’s the deal they tell her that couldn’t do the interview today and to come back the next day. Because of this experience and after reading all of these poor reviews, the location should be replaced with a company that actually haves morals and values.
