Clarksville Sports Cards and Collectibles — Attraction in Clarksville

So I have had a relatively good experience at this card shop doing trade ins, I DO NOT BUY boxes because some of them are even above the already ridiculous market on cards right now, but I’ve drawn my final straw today when the shop is CLOSED I received a attempt at taking $8 out of my account, now by no means is that a lot of money or would have changed how my day/week/month went but it’s the principle behind the matter I have not shopped at the store for more than a week and even then I didn’t use this card so was my information held and then attempted to be used today? I personally have decided that I will not be using this as my lcs anymore and just make the trip to Louisville, I recommend people only use cash when shopping here, the owner is a decent dude but this incident leaves a bad taste in my mouth as it could’ve been $800 or even $8000 that they tried to take. REPLY TO THE OWNER: I walked in and your cameras saw me? Dude I was at work yesterday and the bank you tried to charge wasn’t even chase bank I DONT EVEN HAVE A CHASER BANK ACCOUNT. So yesterday your cameras caught a 6’6 lightskin walking in??? I’m a pretty noticeable guy and I’ve been in there more than enough times when I walk in you know what I look like so PLEASE do not say I was in that store yesterday...

This was the first time I'd been to Clarksville Sports Cards. The person at the counter, I'm guessing it was the owner was very polite. Although they didn't have what I wanted in at this time (everyone's out) he told me when he would have it in and was helpful as I picked out something else. I bought a 2024 Heritage Mega Box. Good chance I'll be coming back if I go out shopping for cards within his store hours. Always nice to help support a local business. Edit one 6/30/24. Just wanted to add that I visited this shop again yesterday, Saturday, June 29th 2024. This time I brought some cards in to try and sell. Have to say that they made what could've been a stressful event very easy and smooth. Very flexible and willing to negotiate until both parties are satisfied. I really enjoyed doing business with him, and left the store happier than when I came in. As a customer, I really don't think you can ask...

Went and bought a box of Leaf Flash and Bowman Chrome. Took me a while to decide what I wanted. Owner was very cool and professional. Spoke to him about how my wife and I did this for fun and collected for my son. He made sure I walked out with something for her. On the house. You don’t expect anything like that to happen in this hobby! Helped when I had questions and was very patient. Prices are fair and he will sit and talk to you like he has known you his whole life. Very personable guy.

Anytime I am in Clarksville, it’s my new shop. Hands down the best shop I’ve been to. If we could rate 10 stars it...
