Zesto Ice Cream — Restaurant in Clarksville

I absolutely love Zesto's and so does my wife. The value is better than DQ or any other place and the amount of toppings/mix-ins is really good. My wife and I frequent this place and tonight we were very disappointed. Our kids had just ran out to get some and when they came in the house and I saw the Zesto's cups I immediately looked at my wife and said you know what I want..... and then I had to follow up and say no I mean ice cream. So we headed right out the door only arriving about 5 minutes after our kids came back and when we drove up they were closed. The sign was off and we could see people sweeping. But they weren't taking orders. It was 9:48 p.m. when we drove up. I'm confused, did they close at 9:40? That's the reason for the 3 stars 🌟. If you say you're open until 10, be open until 10. If they can get this fixed and maybe retrain staff not to close early that would be great. I really hope they do as I like my late night ice cream fix and I'm sure the people in the car behind us were...

Live nearby and visit this location often. The past two times I visited, the walk-up windows were closed, and the staff were not friendly about serving walk-up customers in the drive through. No one wants to walk through the drive through, but if you didn't bring a car, what are you supposed to do? Also, because you have to walk up to the window to read the sign saying it's closed, people were getting out of their cars, walking up to the window, and then harassing the staff for not serving them through the walk-up windows. Ostensibly, this is because of a staff shortage. But there's no explanation given on the sign. Management needs to do a better job of handling the walk-up...

Disappointing… banana split was just soupy. Seem like it was all liquid toppings and nothing else. Mostly pineapple water from out of a can. Hardly any banana, no nuts, and they didn’t put a cherry even though it shows it in the picture. There was hardly any ice cream! which was honestly the worst part part ,when you make a trip for ice cream you’d like some ice cream on it …It was small and really just disappointing. The Frappuccino was basic and bland and sadly unimpressive. Even though it was a little pricier, you would think it would have a little extra flavor. But it didn’t. My son liked the parfait. I didn’t think it was that great but...
