After close friends of mine had a bad experience here(I was a groomsman in this negative experience) I decided to give this place a try for my own wedding, mostly because I believe mistakes happen and like to usually give people a second chance. I came in to be fitted a couple months in advance and pleaded that I be sized slightly lower because I was in the process of losing weight and expected to be at my goal at the time of my wedding.I was told adjustments would be made when I picked it up.I did end up 20 lbs down from the measurements so when I got the text a week before the wedding and came in the next day when they opened to try everything on, just to make sure fitment would be okay. Lo and behold everything was very large on me. I brought this to their attention and was ensured it would be fixed, I took their word for it and went and picked it up later on and to my own fault I didn’t try it back on again, however I expected it to be fixed correctly. Everything was too large on me. My pants and undershirt were both larger sizes than I have ever worn in my life. sadly I had to just go with it though. I expected these people who do this for a living and who measured me twice to do a better job. I have ordered a couple different suits on Amazon that fit me far better without an expert sizing me. All of our groomsman had varying issues with fitment as well. All of this tells me this really isn’t a one time issue as I have multiple people who have been a part of or had bad experiences here. Also as you can see from the responses to other bad reviews, they deflect and do not actually offer good solutions to problems. Just be sure to think twice about this place before having an event that you’ll look back on at pictures for the rest...

Would give zero stars if I could. Tuxedo had a hole on the shoulder of jacket that was visible in pictures. Staff was kind upon rental but when returned the manager laughed at me, was rude, and could care less about human interaction and decency. Very poor way to conduct business and treat people, would recommend anywhere else that treats people with kindness or even decency. To address your again rude comments below, I did not have time to mention the hole in my jacket as you were laughing at me and calling me “selfish” and “lazy” when all I did was say that your employee did not specify it was a 30$ per day fee, although you stated she did even though you were NOT present that day to hear her words. You also fail to mention in your comment that I called three times including the original due date to report that I had contracted COVID at the wedding and would be unable to return it on time. Just because someone questions the number of late fee charges does not give you the right to treat someone with such hostility, rudeness, and self-righteousness. It is clear in your response to my review that you continue to assume I am an “indecent” person, that is quite the thing for a business to say to a person they do not know beyond being upset over a late fee charge after trying to call you three times to report I was sick and unable to bring it in for a few more days. Unsettling to know an owner of a business could be so rude, crass and brazen with customers. Hope you treat others with more respect...

Initially they were great when we went in to select the tuxes and rent them. They had a huge selection to choose from. Could not have asked for better service. We were told we would receive them a week before the prom date. However upon calling they were rude. So I stopped in there on the Wednesday before to ask in person they were again rude and very overwhelmed and agitated to how busy they were. Seemed they couldn't handle it. We finally received the tuxes on the Thursday before prom 2 days before prom. My son's tux pants were to short luckily my son is skinny enough to pull them down to his hips and the white shirt had a stain on it that would not be hidden if he took the jacket off which was the purpose of renting a vest with it so he could take the jacket off. His friends tux vest and jacket would not button it had to be altered and they had to make a second trip back to get it the day before prom. Overall the boys looked good. But for 213.00 and that's after a 50.00 discount I would have expected better measurements and more respectful behavior. I did not ever speak to the lady that works there but some others I recommended to them did have to they said she was horribly rude and nasty.
