Seriously, the staff here must have taken a masterclass in friendliness and customer service because they are unbelievably sweet and know their stuff inside and out.

I walked in with high hopes, and boy did they deliver! My results were exactly what I envisioned—I'm already counting down the days until my next touch-up. From the moment you walk in to the second you leave, they make sure you're taken care of like you're the only person that matters (which, honestly, is how it should be everywhere, right?).

I’ve been considering lip filler for the last 10 years. My top lip has always looked significantly smaller than my bottom and I wanted a natural, more symmetrical look. I finally pulled the trigger and booked an appointment with Melanie. I was SO impressed with the time she took to not only discuss the price and various options with me, but how she calmed me during my pre-procedure jitters, educated me on what she was doing mid-procedure, and prepared me for the appropriate after care post-procedure. It was very clear she was eager to assist me in finding my ideal results. Not only am I absolutely thrilled with the outcome, but have plans to be a long-standing customer.

I stumbled upon The Shine Spa after going through many companies to have my botox done and just not being satisfied with the high cost, inconvenient location, or the final look of my face. I am SO glad I found this gem. First, I love how easy it is to get to their location and find parking. Next, they are always right on time with their appointments so it's a quick in and out procedure and yet I never have felt rushed. They care about making sure I look my best and that I am not walking out with frozen crazy eyebrows or a non-natural look. I feel cared about and when I voice my concerns about my skin they never make me feel ugly in the way that they talk to me. It is always their focus to just make me feel happier and be my best self - they never come across judgmental or like they are pointing out my flaws. Finally, I'm a single mom and I love that The Shine Spa makes me feel comfortable about bringing my kiddo to appointments. They engage in conversation with him, don't keep us waiting, and offer him treats (his favorite!). Plus, with being on a single income a budget is important to me. Their services are not only affordable and long lasting but they are not pushy in upsells - they are respectful of my budget and we will map out a treatment that fits within my financial restraints. I love everything about Shine Spa. Every service I have had there from the Shine Bright facial to Microneedling to lip filler, has exceeded my expectations. All of the injectors and estheticians are extremely knowledgeable in their craft and I always leave more educated about my skin than I was when I walked in. Not to mention the confidence boost after Mel makes my lips all juicy :)

UPDATE: Ive continued to go to Shine Spa since they started their membership program. The price is such a great value. I love my monthly trips to Shine. As a mom, this is the most indulgent thing that I do for myself and Shine is the perfect place to treat myself. No matter what service I get, from a pampering Shine Bright facial to a medium level peel to microneedling to lip filler, I know that I am in the best hands.

2ND UPDATE: Shine Spa has gotten me on a consistent ZO Skin Health routine that has truly changed the texture of my skin. It is so smooth and my pores are so small. I hardly ever get a blemish, and when I do - they heal quickly. I am a forever client! I love that they educate me about products and skincare, without ever pushing them on me.
