I went and got 3 rings resized 2 out of 3 rings where horribly resized. The 1st ring being my daughter's that she just had gotten for Christmas, needless to say within a wk of picking up her ring it split in half on the back of the ring where it was resized. The 2nd ring was my ring which was okay when i looked at it, but wearing it and working in the medical field i am constantly washing my hands and i notice my finger turning green, so i took the ring off and i can see where they soldered my ring and now i cant wear my ring because it turns my finger green. This ring is stamped with 925 so i know its real. i paid $286 for all 3 rings to be resized and they were in perfect condition never turned my finger green in the past and my daughter's ring was literally brand new. i would not recommend to get your resized here, i went here to support local businesses in the area, but i will not...

I brought in a charm to be added to my charm bracelet. I told him it was tarnished and asked to have it polished as well. He took out his eye piece to get a closer look and told me it may appear to be Sterling silver but it's not and it wasn't tarnished it was gold plated and they wouldn't do it. Its a Tiffany charm that is clearly stamped 925 and I have the receipt from Tiffany when my husband purchased it that states Sterling silver.
