I took my wedding dress here, and gave very specific details about what I wanted cut off and where. Long story short they cut too much off the bottom and the bottom of the dress wasn't even cut straight. I called them to explain this and was trying to be understanding and calm. I felt a lot of attitude towards me in their tone and their face expressions. They tried to fix the slanted part at the bottom but it was still not done correctly. So my wedding dress is still slanted at the bottom. The dress was very long on me and with my heels on, it still needed a few inches to be cut off. I asked for 3 inches to be cut and they had to at least cut 5 to 6 inches off... I was not offered any money back in return. I'm not the kind of person to make a fuss so I said screw it and just figured I'd leave this review and I will never be coming back due to how the ladies handled this issue. I could've gone all Bride-zilla on them but I figured this would be more professional....

If I could give one star, I would, let’s start off with they cannot follow simple directions. I went to pick up my pants that were supposed to be hemmed and have yellow ribbon sewn down the size. I told them to start the ribbon at the top by the belt loops and go down, they started 8 inches down from my belt loops and went to the bottom instead they had already had my pants frame once by this time they kept the pants to redo them. Another month goes by and never heard back from them. I finally called now that it’s two months later, and they’re like oh yes they’re ready I pick up the pants. The yellow ribbon is supposed to be. I try the pants on they were never hemmed I will not be bringing anything...

I love this place! I use them for my alterations. This time recently though, I went in for a beautiful blouse of mine that was missing a gold button. I didn't take the time on my end to order a matching button before I went in for Lonestar to sew it back on, so I didn't mind if my buttons didn't all match on the blouse. But this place went OUT OF THEIR WAY to find a matching gold button to match the rest of the buttons on the shirt when they went to go fix it. It was really kind, because I just hadn't had the time to google and purchase the exact same matching button. It really means alot to me, because I love that blouse. Thank you Lonestar for taking good care of me...
