D BROW THREADING — Attraction in Cleveland

I went to get a full set of hybrid lash extensions on Monday January 30th. I was already frustrated that they were making me pay 10 dollars more than they're pricing advertised on the wall because she said she forgot to change the pricing. I then had to go back again on Tuesday because my left eyes false lashes were so much more sparse than the right eyes lashes. By Saturday February 4th half the lashes on the right eye had come off. I went to the salon early afternoon Sunday February 5th requesting they remove the remaining lashes and return some of the money I paid since they didn't even make it 5 days before half of them were gone. The lash tech told me no saying it was my fault because they'd never had complaints before. Which is amusing because the rest of the lashes that were left were glued on like cement and half weren't. If it were damage I caused why were all the lashes not falling off like that. It took her over 2 hours to remove the remaining lashes all the while doing other things like microwaving things and doing someone else's eyebrows. I am so disappointed in this place. Even a small return of the amount I paid would have appeased me. I just wanted some kind of compensation for this whole ordeal and they did nothing but blame me. I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone. Anyone looking to get lashes go literally anywhere else. 140 dollars for not even 5 full days of lashes is ridiculous. Went there yesterday for tint and arch.. lady with the blk hair did my eyebrows acting as if she was in a rush she cut me up and I didn’t know until today to see the cut scars. My face was burning and I didn’t know why? I had this done before and not there and never cut…then she acted as if she didn’t want to tint them made me wait then put the tint on and didn’t come back to finish my service another lady did. I didn’t want them dark I told her I wanted a natural color. One complete on was clearly higher that the other. Had to go home reshape and get most of the color off. I walked in yesterday and like this place so much! The Lady there is very friendly and very professional! I did a full-face threading and an AMAZING hand henna! My service took a long time and they closed at 6:00 PM, but she didn't let me go tell she finished all the work that I needed. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Clean quiet place!
