Electric Gardens – Luxury Living with Room for Improvement As a medical trainee at one of Cleveland’s major hospital systems, I moved to Electric Gardens (EG) in May 2024, drawn by its promise of combining modern amenities with a convenient location. The property delivers in many respects, though there are areas where it could further enhance the resident experience. Pros: EG is among the most visually appealing apartment complexes in Cleveland. The units are spacious, bright, and designed with a contemporary feel. Direct access to the Towpath Trail makes it ideal for runners and cyclists, while the location offers a nice balance between downtown accessibility and Tremont’s neighborhood charm. The indoor garage is a practical benefit, particularly for those with irregular schedules. A new coffee machine in the common area adds a welcoming touch, and the gym is well-equipped for most routines, though it can be busier during peak hours. Cons: Where improvements are most needed is in maintenance responsiveness. My experience included longer-than-expected delays with appliance repairs, including the dryer, fridge water dispenser, and air conditioning during warm weather. While temporary accommodations were offered, faster response times would greatly improve overall comfort. The indoor garage, though convenient, has occasionally faced mechanical issues and challenges with reserved space enforcement. Community Notes: The building is pet-friendly, which many residents enjoy, though more consistent leash use would benefit everyone’s comfort and safety. Social events are offered by management, though many are scheduled during weekday afternoons, making it harder for working professionals to participate. Adjusting timing could encourage greater resident involvement. Final Thoughts: Electric Gardens offers a high-quality living space in one of Cleveland’s most attractive locations, with modern design and excellent access to recreation and city life. With more reliable maintenance and small adjustments to community management, it has the potential to fully match its luxury branding.

Truly couldn’t recommend anyone enough to stay as far away from this apartment complex as possible. We have had 3 car break-ins (one of which they tried to completely steal my car), the elevators and garage doors broken constantly (which is an inconvenience living in this building) and a huge concern for safety because once in the building you don’t need a fob to access the floors, our bikes were cut off the lock and stolen in the apartment's garage, our rent/lease was screwed up and tried making us pay more money, parking spots over booked, packages stolen, leaking sink and windows, and the property manager Rushil is so incompetent and has truly done nothing to help any of our situations while living here. We are counting down the days until our lease is up. The worst property management and apartment building I’ve ever lived in, in 10+ years of renting. Don’t let the pictures and amenities fool you cause also the gyms equipment is always broken and the coffee shop is now closed. This place has nothing to offer other than a big ass headache. We pay $2600 a month for luxury living and it’s far from luxury!

i’ve lived here for over a year. I don’t have any complaints! there are so many amenities included that make living here special. a few things: i’ve never heard any of my neighbors during my time living here and I presume none of them hear me which is usually an issue in modern buildings i’ve lived in in the past. not here tho! the maintenance team is quick and responsive when you need something fixed, as well as discreet and courteous. they text you to when they plan to come in so you can be prepared. there are always free events the building puts on to build a sense of community. my favorite was the bouquet building one in december. I was able to surprise my gf with a beautiful gift of roses for free! the views from my apartment and the roof are unbeatable in tremont. the team here has made making a home at eg very easy and enjoyable.

I’ve lived at EG since it opened and have truly loved it. The apartment layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed—it’s easy to move through the space, and the kitchen offers great storage and plenty of room to cook comfortably. There’s tons of natural light and a solid air purification system, which I really appreciate given Cleveland’s air quality challenges.

I feel very safe here. While I don’t love paying for parking, the added security gives me real peace of mind. I’ve seen reviews mentioning car break-ins, but that’s a broader Cleveland issue, not something specific to EG—many neighbors in the area have dealt with the same thing.

Maintenance is fantastic. They’re responsive, thorough, and don’t stop until the issue is resolved. There was one delay, but that was due to an outside contractor’s schedule—completely outside of their control.

When I moved in, I was hoping to find a sense of community, and I did—immediately. There are plenty of ways to connect with others, but no pressure if you prefer to keep to yourself.

I work from home, so having Limelight right in the building has been incredibly convenient. All in all, I couldn’t be happier. As Cleveland continues to grow and evolve, it’s places like EG that help set the tone for...

've been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment offers an amazing view of the city, which is definitely one of the highlights. Every morning, I wake up to a breathtaking panorama that never gets old.

The building itself is always well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and I really appreciate how the common areas are kept spotless. It's clear that the management takes pride in the property.

Another standout feature is the customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Whether I have a maintenance request or just need help with something, they’re always quick to assist. It's refreshing to live somewhere where the management truly cares about their residents.

Additionally, the community here is great. There are frequent social events that make it easy to meet neighbors and stay connected. It creates a real sense of community, which I love.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and am planning to stay for another two years, God willing. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed apartment with great amenities and an...
