Turns out they don't light up the sign at all, so we actually missed it the first time we drove past, and for the picture, we had to use our own lights (which, as a photographer, I happened to have in my car). When we did find it, we parked in a lot right across the street that had a sign that said it was open until 11pm. We were there around 9:50pm. A few minutes later, a passerby pointed out a cop right next to my minivan (I had been setting up lights and didn't notice). My husband ran over and the cop was pissed at us because apparently they now close the lot at 10pm, despite the sign indicating otherwise. He moved our car to the next lot so we could take our picture without having our car towed.
