Perhaps my hopes for the most basic medical care were too lofty if that’s possible since I set the bar too low. She is terribly lazy and medically negligent. I don’t throw those words around. She’s conveniently forgetful while arrogant and dishonest as she displays her lack of work ethic. She comes off disingenuous, rude, impatient as she rushes patients around jumping from topic to topic never thoroughly listening to responses, then rushes them out at the end after making many mistakes along with her correctional officer-like-assistant. The disdainful doctor doesn’t correct her mistakes, has no remorse or compassion for wasting so much of the patient’s time and treats us with resentment (of her medical and legal obligations), as though we’re ever so privileged to have her waste whatever time we have left in this life, especially those of us who need medical care desperately and are chronically ill. There is no genuine compassion or care here except from some of the kind people with the answering service with whom you’ll be well acquainted should you choose this doctor.

I don’t like mentioning this: Other doctors told me she runs “A scam. A factory. A Medicaid Factory.” She could not care less about patients in need of referrals which she either says will be ready but forgets or refuses without explanation. She refuses basic medical care including blood work when you’ve prepared for it, expecting it, even calling in advance to confirm it after being told to prepare for it and basic prescriptions and treatments as the primary care physician is responsible for and should be capable of handling. She refused to provide care while charging my insurance repeatedly for never doing her part yet had various people call-stalk me to keep booking me for appointments EVERY month. What for? She didn’t seem to know when we had appointments that completely wasted my time which I was forced into having but NO medical care was provided. She just drains your insurance and time. I’ve witnessed angry frustrated patients waiting in her office because she refused or forgot their medications and referrals REPEATEDLY wasting their time and playing with their health. She’s medically and legally responsible to treat her patients’ health problems if they’re within her means. It’s a pattern. If she’s charging insurance for doing nothing but wasting our time it is indeed fraud. She doesn’t keep proper medical records / files either.

A young guy with the answering service always sounds intoxicated out of his mind. He intercepted my calls since the doctor and the office are infinitely unavailable. That’s his personal business but it shouldn’t interfere with reaching one’s doctor who said to my face, “If you need anything at all please call me and I will take care of you.” nor should the sloppiness happen during *acute medical problems she’s aware of and is medically and legally responsible to treat. It’s annoying to have a wasted arrogant kid with slurred speech rambling on AT you and in your voice mails. Proper medical care won’t be found at this sketchy operation.

P.S. I’m willing to refer Barbra Cirignano to a professional if she wishes to get her semi permanent eyeliner fixed since it’s so wonky and in poor quality ink that it’s all I could look at. Show a modicum of compassion for chronically ill patients or ANY of your patients and you wouldn’t get many negative reviews. Being a physician isn’t a right; it should be earned. I know excellent semi permanent makeup tattoo artists who likely have more work ethic than...

This doctor is a fraud..She put a diagnosis in my list of diagnosis that did not belong to me. This is medical fraud called UPCODING and it is DIAGNOSING SOMEONE WITH A SEROUS CONDITION , SO TO GET MORE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE. ALSO what she does in her medical advices she says stuff that makes NO sence,for example if you have Vit D deficiency (which we all do ,because we live in cold areas that is one of the million reasons to go live in a warm places like Florida)--then based upon it--- this fraud doctor Barara tells patients to put cream with SPF on and then get some sun exposure..SPF lotions and creams BLOCK THE SKIN FROM GETTING ANY SUN AND SHE DOES NOT ADVICE TO PUT A COTTON SUN HAT THAT PROVIDES FULL COVERAGE ON THE HEAD AND TO GO OUT,BUT NOT AROUND 12 NOON TILL 4 PM WHEN IS HOT SUNNY DAYS....... NEITHER SHE BOTHERS TO GIVE PAPERS WITH COLORFUL PICTURES WITH DISHES WITH DIFFERENT KIND OF FOOD FOR DIFFERRNT VITAMIN DEFICIENCIES TO HER PATIENTS. ..ECT ECT....SHE IS THERE TO TORTURE US LEFT AND RIGHT,SO THAT SHE AND HER CIRCLE OF DOCTORS THAT COLABORATE WITH HER CAN RIP OFF THE INSURANCES BY MAKING US HAVE UNCESSARY TESTS AND PROCEDURES DONE. Also things that are normal findings in your blood test she will consider them abnormal even I showed her the medical lecture about it ,that states that when a patient has passed the Hep B naturally then in the patient's blood there will be positive core and positive surface antibodies and negative antigen...she will still want another lab test done,because she and the group of doctors she is connected to--have their own own medical theories.For anemia for sure she would want another last test done..This is ANOTHER MEDICAL FRAUD called" Unbundling " because the insurance was charged once on the blood test ,but now she want to get more money for herself and I am sure she is connected to lab Corp and does them good business too Also to mention here AT the lab Corp THEY WILL SUCK UP FIVE TIMES OF THE BLOOD THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO GET FROM US ..THEY MUST LIKELY SELL OUR BLOOD TOO AND THIS DOCTOR GETS THE PERCENTAGE FROM THOSE SALES.SHE CAN NOT GET ENOUGH TO MAKE UP DIAGNOSIS AND SEND HER PATIENTS UP AND DOWN TO UNCESSARY CLINICS FOR FURTHER "TREATMENTS"...THIS DOCTOR AND HER SECRETARIES DO NOT WANT YOU TO ANY SIGN CONSENT PAPERS SO THAT YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS CAN BE CRACK OPEN AND YOUR PRIVACY CAN BE RUINED..THE BEDS AT THE EXAM ROOMS OF THIS DOCTOR HAVE THEIR SURFACE SCRAPPED OFF AND LOOK LIKE THEY ARE TO GO IN GARBAGE AND SO IS THE STEPPING STOOLS AT THEIR BOTTOMS.To call her office is another torture, because our phone calls go to another place and those people then can communicate with the recepsionist to her office .Her manager is a liar,she did not even made me sign the consent forms,but when I told her so,then she said she did not see me there at the day of the visit.Yes she saw me there that day and she told another lie to the investigator of the insurance that the electeonic pads were NOT working...also the bathrooms had urine sprinkled on top of the the toilets on the first day of my visot there ..I HAVE REPORTED HER AND MY INSURANCE CAUGHT HER COMMITTING FRAUD AND I AM TO TAKE HER GOD'S WILLING AT THE CIVIL AND FEDERAL COURT FOR COMMITTING FRAUD.....PLEASE DO NOT GO to HER OFFICE TILL WE GET HER AND HER FILTHY NET OF the OTHER DOCTORS THAT SHARE THE PERCENTAGES---- REMOVED FOR GOOD FROM PRACTICING IN HEALTH CARE AND PUT THEM...

Dr. Cirignano was kind but in a huge rush. She kept trying to leave when I was speaking to her. It seemed like she was not willing to spend even a second extra with me if it were not necessary. She didn't seem concerned or understanding about my symptoms. When I pointed out something of concern, she replied, "oh yeah might be cancer go to this referral doctor to check it out" .... uhm, ok? No background info, no extra data, nothing? No info on how common it is, what are the chances it's dangerous, past experience with this, zip, zilch, nada? Wow. She was halfway out the door when I tried to tell her I had additional follow up questions, but she kept trying to leave. She never once asked me if there were any other concerns or if I had any questions about anything. This made me uncomfortable and prevented me from fully discussing and hashing out everything I needed to address. I will not return here. I'm not sure if it's because I am on Medicaid and she cannot bill as highly for me, or if she was having a bad day, or if she treats everyone like this, but I certainly felt very unwelcome and like I was unimportant, even a bother.

UPDATE: all my medical results were blocked from being released to me unless I made a follow up appt, probably so she can bill me again. I had waited multiple weeks for a simple cholesterol test to be released, nothing came. The clinic insisted I book a follow up appt BEFORE my results were released. Only when I complained to them that I needed to see the results first in order to do research and have some intelligent questions did they release results. Absolute horror. It is my right to obtain information about my own health. Why would data about my own well being be held "hostage" from me?...
