AT&T Store — Local services in Cliffside Park

Went to get my screen protector replaced. Was being help by Michael. He seemed very annoyed that he had to replace the protector for me. When he gave me the phone back it had white lint on the side that was stuck to the screen adhesive. He said it was from my case. I asked how that was possible if case was not on it when it was installed. It was clearly from the cloth he used to wipe protector. I asked if he can redo it. He then got a new protector from a bottom draw that looked different from the original one. When I was given back my phone the protector was not placed eventually and was too small for my phone. I asked him why is the protector not covering all the way to the sides? He says it’s probably not on right. I then asked for a refund and left with my old protector. I was very unsatisfied.
