My husband and I recently went shopping there. And we were hurried to go to the cashier because it was closing time even though they had at least 15 more minutes. When we got to the cashier it was a supervisor named Hector. He was so in a hurry to get us out because they were closing and he was more worried about him leaving and not being there that his customer service towards us was not great. He was rudely talking to us and he wasn’t even listening to what we got to say. And we had this coupon and apparently it wasn’t working and we were like call the manager and he didn’t want to and he was making a bing deal out of it because we wanted to speak with the manager and the only reason why is because he was in a hurry to leave. I mean it wasn’t going to hurt him to stay for 15 minutes and call the manger he still is going to get paid for that. Then there was another cashier in front of him and they were talking in Spanish about us, that the coupon wasn’t working and we wanted to talk with the manger. And I eventhink that one of them said stupid or idiot to us. And then he voided the whole transaction not even suspend it and gave it to the next cashier know we had to wait next ten minutes for her to scan everything and eve she was being rude. I have been to this Kohl’s a couple of times and every cashier ask us if we have more coupons or more rewards even before we check she didn’t and we told her before making the Payment that we have one more and she didn’t listen and she was giving us attitude and being rude about it. Read moreAbsolutely TERRIBLE. My husband and I needed to go use the bathroom, we were not from the area and that was the closest location. We had 3 minutes to enter and leave but we were greeted by an extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL worker, who Im gonna assume was a female manager, (couldnt catch her name, July 1st 2021 at around 9:56pm). She was YELLING at my husband making a scene telling him that they are closed (4 minutes before the store closes isn't CLOSED YET, don't lie to us!!) She didn't even give him the chance to explain himself she just rudely kept interrupting him and we urgently needed to go but she shooed us out of there forcing us out of that store. We never been here before AND THANK GOD because we will never be coming back here again. I will make sure no one I know goes there either because no one deserves such an attitude and we will take our money elsewhere much deserved and greeted more properly and professionally. I worked in retail before and I was also a manager in a very famous chain and I have let customers in even 5 minutes after closing time, out of respect or courtesy because it makes for a good representation for the company and it means A LOT to them and the customer walks out happy. WHAT SHE DID was the exact opposite. I understand if she didn't want to let us in BUT ATLEAST SAY IT POLITELY. When we finish our shopping and went to the cashier Hecktor the cashier he was speaking in Spanish with other colleagues as well as throwing my clothes instead of packing in bag. I gave him a coupons of kohl's cash, 20% off as well as $5 off he scan but it didn't went through but on checking the coupon was valid for the date so I said can you please call your manager/ supervisor. He rudely said I don't want to I said you this coupon is not scanning that mean it won't scan. I said if you can ask you manager he will definitely help you. Hector void my transaction and gave it to Juana other cashier and said I am going home I can't serve you I don't care. Then manager came his name is Sergio he was also taking in Spanish with other colleague and then he scan my coupons as well as Juana Cashier was rude she didn't even ask my Kohl's reward card and start swearing in Spanish that why I came late for shopping and all that though I was there before closing time. I am very very disappointed with the STAFF AND MANAGEMENT of KOHL'S .
