Worked and lived near Cuginnis for a very long time and have been a continuous customer the whole time. Nothing but great things to say about the former owners. Great quality sandwiches that were awesome portions everytime. Cuginis was the go to spot for lunch. Sadly they have sold the place to the rudest/ unaccountable for their actions/ know it all group of people I've ever witnessed in the food business. After placing a 96$ order, and receiving 3 of our orders wrong/ skimpy/ hard + 1 sandwich with a hair in it, we were told that we were liars, and that we did not infact have hair in our food followed by being screamed at and hung up multiple times while trying to call to resolve the issue. So I got in my car and drove to the place with the now, unwanted food to resolve the issue hopefully. Arrived to the place to be greated by 2 very rude women. 1 older lady and I assume her spoiled/know it all daughter that doesn't know how to take any accountability what so ever. Both of which had long dark hair, the same as what was found in our food. The same people who claimed ( nobody here has dark hair)So who is the liar?
After several minutes of just calmly trying to speak my peace with the 1 gentleman and having these 2 women screaming over me, I then raised my voice. The daughter then says she " feels threatened " and calls the cops on me. Avoid this place as much as u can. Quality and service has taken a huge nose dive since ownership has switched over. Honestly it's sad, because this all could have been avoided. They don't know the first thing about customer service in this place. Bunch of...

When it was Cugini's, I left a 5 star review I loved getting lunch from here so much. It was our go-to place for grabbing lunch at work.
This is the second time I tried it as Nonno's and never again. The first time wasn't great, but we figured it was a new business and we should try again.
Today they told us our order would take 25 minutes. It's been just about an hour. It's still not ready. It doesn't take an hour to make pizzas. They told my coworker picking up the food that they are "busy." I'm sorry, tell us that before we place the order and give us a real estimated time. My coworker has been gone from the office for nearly 45-50 minutes now, so she's wasted her entire lunch. I know things pop up, maybe the order was forgotten or something, but be honest and apologetic and find a way to make it right. Don't just keep saying "10 more minutes."
They also got my order WRONG.
I don't like to complain a lot. If you look at my other Google reviews they are almost all positive. I just can't get over telling someone "25 minutes" and nearly an hour later the food isn't ready.
RIP Cugini's. You are missed. We are saying no no to...
Read moreOverall bad customer service. Ordered a pizza which was dry, cold and old.
I placed my order for 3 slices of pizza, supposedly girl just charged me for two slices which I didn’t realize because they never gave me my receipt. After I got my order, I went to my car and girl followed me to my car to tell me that I didn’t pay for one of the slices. I asked “how much is it” and pay for the price she told me right away. When I tried the pizza, I gave a bad review because the pizza indeed was dried and cold, now they trying to say that my bad review is because I got caught trying to STEAL 3.75 (a slice). If I really wanted to steal 3.75, I would of have. I was already in my car when the lady went to my car and CLEARLY SAID “We gave you three slices and I only charged you for two” which I didn’t have no problem to pay for as soon as you told me, it was YOUR MISTAKE and I didn’t get a receipt to know how many you charged me for. Good thing I got everything on recording and I hope you guys have it too. Calling somebody a thief because your food was bad is no joke. It was my first time there and for sure is going...
