Horrible location & questionable business practices from the company itself. I found the manager at the route 3 location in Clifton NJ to be very condescending with little ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer, like myself. On my 1st visit to this store, the girl at the register was unable to figure out how much change she owed me after I paid with cash. As she struggled to try and subtract, I verbally told her how much she owed me & she still shorted me $3 when she handed me my change. As for the companies return policy, it's ridiculious. I purchased 2 different size bras as I was in between sizes. I was encouraged by the sales person, who was amazing, to purchase both & return the 1 that didn't fit as well after wearing it for a few hours. Wearing both bras for just a few hours in the house, to assure comfortablness & support, I returned 1 bra the following day. I was informed that I could not return the bra as it did not have the tags on it. This is a ridiculious practice that benefits the pockets of the company & does nothing to support the customers which shop at the stores. That is greed at its finest. You have a niche market. Read moreFrequent shopper at this location and of the brand. On average, I spend $200-300, per visit. I have finally decided to leave a review after my 3rd horrible experience with the Store Manager. She's extremely rude, unnessarily curt and completley off-putting... she will ruin your shopping experience hands down, each time. The first two instances I attributed to a busy store and maybe a bad customer experience before me, but THIS time I was the only one in the store, like what the hell? It's a terrible thing when your younger associates apologize on your behalf and confirm the negative customer service you just experienced.
This woman may be great for store operations, but she should be kept in the back of the store as she shouldn't be interfacing with customers , or people, in life.
Other than that, the store is always clean and neat and the other associates are delightful and make the shopping...

This bad review is not only for this particular store but also for the online shopping. Will never order online or shop is this store again. Will make sure that all my friends and family doesn't either. Cashier didn't know what she was doing. Asked me for my information 3 times and 3 times was inputted wrong in the system. So I decided to go online myself to place the order and I was told I should receive it on June 18, 2019 I didn't received it that day it was received after. Not only was late but they sent me the wrong thing. I went back to the store to return it and I didn't get the full amount I paid for online.
