I really do like target but I have to plan to have enough time and energy when I go there that when I am done shopping I still have time to wait on a very long checkout line. UPDATE: 7/31/22: Every time I go to this Target the lines only get longer. I don’t know if management realizes but they have to put more people on the cashiers because lots of people saw the line going from the front of the store all the way to the back. After a few minutes customers start to realize that this trip to Target is going to take longer than expected. As a customer I feel like the company that I want to buy something from doesn’t value my time. I saw many customers the put their stuff down and leave the store after they saw the lines. Another sale lost. Management must realize that long lines have been a problem for a while and now that people are starting to prepare for school. I just don’t understand how management lets it get worse and worse. I actually saw plenty of people working but only a couple of cashiers. Maybe the position they don’t have filled at this store is a manager. I have no idea. The lines were longer than I have EVER seen them. I realize it was a Sunday and people are getting ready to go back to school but they should prepare for that. Terrible use of their resources.

As much as you want pick-up to work, Target’s version of adherence to the recent NJ bag-free policy has made this a no-go for all but the single item pickup. If you purchase groceries, prepare to find yourself waiting for nearly as much time as it would take someone to actually go around the store doing your shopping upon arrival. Their pickup back room seems like it must be a shambles: I was behind two other shuffling, muttering, disgruntled waiters (one of whom was picking up a single item when they escorted her off after a 30 minute wait to process a refund and send her to another store). When I finally got my groceries after nearly 45 minutes, blithely confused about what had taken so long, it was a cart full of items chaotically thrown in without containers or order, and I had to spend an additional bunch of time unpacking from the cart and organizing into bags in my trunk. I don’t recommend it.

It was my first visit to target they had plenty of stuff in almost all the sections but I felt they didn't offer much variety as I was looking for serving bowls but the had just one variant, no towel cover ups for swimsuits, no variety for beach mats just had one piece which was not the kind of one I needed. But then I found something which I was not getting online as well as on Walmart etc. It was an over the door mirror that too in both black n white color and at a very cheap price $ 15 only, never thought that I can get it for such less price. They had good variety for home decor and lights/lamps section. It was closing time so there was nobody from the store to help but later I saw alot of store members so may be during the daytime they will be there to assist. Overall experience was fine.

Horrible... Will never go to this store again. I ordered two things online for in store delivery. They send me a text to go pick it up at the store. I go, I pick it up the same exact day they send me the text and the next day I get a text saying I need to pick it up. I already picked it up. They never send me a text saying my second order was in, then they send me a text they sent it back. Then they re-charge me a higher price because it was on sale the day I bought it the first time, the woman online ASSURES me I will get the original price and then they charge me more and almost bounce everything in my checkbook because they charged my business account instead of my personal checking account that gets automatic deposits. Then they tell me they never charge you until you pick it up and of course they charge me. Then I GO racing to the store after work after getting an email saying if I don't pick it up they are sending it back again and when I GET there I am met with the rudest manager Gary. It is now midnight, people have ignored me for 10 minutes, they can't find the paperwork showing I already picked up the first one and although the one woman Sarah who was wonderful remembers me from the night before, is trying to help me again and when she is asking for help, Gary, the RUDE MANAGER SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. Not an apology sir, I am so sorry, it is our fault, something must have gone wrong...he is just like, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. Oh there will be now...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM SOMEONE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION. Although they HAVE the item in stock I am left empty handed only to awaken to ANOTHER EMAIL FROM TARGET SAYING MY PACKAGE IS THERE AND I HAVE 12HRS TO PICK IT UP!! BEYOND RIDICULOUS! AND I AGAIN HAD TO RACE TO THE STORE AFTER WORK TO PICK IT UP AND MET BY ANOTHER RUDE GUY IVAN WHO SAID OH NO, THAT DEPT CLOSES AT 11 WHEN I HAD BEEN THERE THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW RIGHT BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO DO WHAT HE HAD NO INTENTION OF DOING WHICH WAS THE SIMPLE ACT OF PUTTING MY NAME INTO A HANDHELD COMPUTER AND THEN SIMPLY WALK IN THE BACK AND PICK UP MY ORDER AND HAND IT TO ME WHICH TOOK ALL OF 2 MINUTES! I AM ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN. I PLAN ON TAKING THIS UP WITH THE GENERAL STORE MANAGER AND CORPORATE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT OF ANY CUSTOMER, LET ALONE ONE WHO RACES TO THEIR STORE AFTER WORK CONSIDERING THERE IS A 12 HOUR LIMIT TO GET YOUR STUFF OR THEY IMMEDIATELY SEND IT BACK. IF ANYONE KNOWS ROUTE 3 TRAFFIC I WAS NOT ABOUT TO GO THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY TO PICK SOMETHING UP AND SIT IN TRAFFIC. I WILL BE CALLING TARGET...

This review is for your team member, Gary. My boyfriend and I came in on Wednesday to do a return parking for the first time with our temporary handicap badge post emergency gallbladder removal surgery, pre second and third discectomy surgery on my spine. We were already on edge and jumpy ready to defend ourselves for the disability others cannot see but is a regular lifestyle for us. Naturally we got cut off walking to the front door and then had two customers walk their shopping carts dangerously close in to me not looking where they are going. By the time we make it to Gary, my greeting is “ugh I’m about to be your worst customer of the day and I’m sorry for that” to which he responded “hold on, I’ll get the worst customer team on it right away!” Not only did he return an open item that was so poorly made that I couldn’t bring myself not to complain… with no hesitation nonetheless… but then he showed us how to use the wallet barcode to do returns on multiple receipts without having to go through it one by one and search to the end of the earth for the one obscure item on a random receipt. Gary exceeded our expectations beyond measure, gave us a truly exceptional experience AND he made all future visits more fluid all in a matter of moments. Considering the last time we waited in this line, we watched other team members lack the awareness that the long line in front of them has no way of knowing if they have the ability to assist or not but choosing to hang out nonetheless, this was a complete shock to the system. So much so I had to write about it. Every. Single. Team. Member. Should. Be. Sharing. This. Information! It makes everything quicker for everyone. Everything easier for EVERYONE! Please promote this sweet man to the training team. He’s your guy. And for everyone else hanging around oblivious to the low key frustration they’re creating, please hang out back of house where the rest of us are none the wiser....

They can't keep the bags they sell you for $1 in stock forcing you to load 100 loose items in to your car. It's Traget Circle Week this location is embarrassing for the Target franchise. Also if you think coming here early when the store opens at 8:00 a.m. and it would be easy to shop with less people in the store. Trust me it's not because everyday they hold a team meeting where apparently all the staff is unavailable to help you open the jail cells where the deodorant all of the laundry detergent body soap and noww included toothpaste it is just about as secure as a minimum security prison you can wait 15 minutes for the team meeting to end and maybe wait another 10 minutes while staff ignors the alerts on their handheld devices while they do other tasks (not staffs fault in the least. They hate it just as much and it shows) so in Target says Our Guest enjoy the interactions with our employees they are obviously not watching the interactions between the people who are waiting for plastic lock doors to be open for anywhere from 30 seconds to 20 minutes and then feeling rushed to select the product immediately. Maybe because they have the open up other doors or they have to finish their other tasks. Tension between the stressed employee and frustrated customer is not a plesent experience with the staff it's uncomfortable for both coustomers and staff. You have lost prevention guys standing by the self checkout doing pretty much nothing other than chatting up female coworkers you should just have them walk around in circles by the locked products unlock them problem solved. Or how about some newer technology. Face detection. Motion sensors. The sales of these products must be down significantly I wonder if pressure from stockholders from Johnson & Johnson Procter & Gamble and so on once the inflated prices actually do come down and sell slump Maybe and maybe only then will the glass be lifted...
