If I could give less than one star, I would. Tonight I went to pick up my photo order around 9:15 P.M., as notified by my email confirmation. The email stated that my floating photo frame was done at 7:45. I was helped by a young man who, after 10 minutes of looking for my order, said they did not have enough time to get it done. I told him that I drove over 20 minutes to this location to have it for tomorrow. He said he would do it for me. At 10:16 he told me that he could not be able to complete my order. I saw him get the frame and print the pictures, but he said he did not know how to complete the frame and did not want to mess up the photos. When I asked to speak to a manager, he smiled. I said, you have to be kidding me. You are a manager and you think that this is OK. He apologized and he said "I know," and then offered to give me a small discount on my 3, 4x6 print outs (not apart of the floating frame) which amounted to .70 cents. I laughed and said I am not worried about the .70 cents. While he charged me the full .70 cents, I asked if there was someone else I could speak with. When I asked why he didn't tell me sooner that he would not be able to complete the order, he just shrugged his shoulders. He said he already called his "higher up" and he wasn't able to help him. I am so unhappy that I drover 20 minutes out of my way, with my husband and 3 children and then waited for an hour ... only to leave without the frame that I needed as a gift. Read moreA few days ago I purchased a 10 pack of Claritin from Walgreens and used exactly 6 pills before determining that the medicine wasn’t helping to relieve my allergy systems. I returned today to exchange the Claritin for Allegra. Maria (who alleged to be the covering manager) appeared extremely Irritated with life and explained that I can’t exchange my purchase because 6 were used. I explained to her that in order to determine whether or not the medicine was effective, I had to use a few. I asked her to show me in the policy where it states that something can’t be returned at 60% usage. She could barely put a sentence together let alone direct me to store policy. After locating my old receipt and reviewing the policy with her, she appeared dumbfounded and proceeded to exchange my item.
