Today was a normal day for me except for I was sick and I wanted to make a cute basket of gifts for a friend to give her next week so I was gonna order online off of five and below and have my mother pick it up once I ordered everything was good. I got my receipt and they told me that they would email me when my order was ready to be picked up, I ordered my items at exactly 319 and pick them up at 8:15 and I called them a couple of times earlier because I was wondering why my package or my items whatever you like to call it we’re taking so long. I had to talk to robot which told me to call them back later and hung up on me. I finally called them for the third Time And finally the end so I asked them why my package was taking so long and I told him the name of the pick up and they told me it was ready. I checked my emails. I checked my text. Nobody text or emailed me that it was ready so I went to go pick she brought it home to me and told me how rude the employees were to her. I felt bad but it was just really happy that I finally got my items just to open the bag of half of the stuff that I got. I was really confused because I paid a lot of money just to get half of the items I bought. I took a screenshot of the receipt that I paid the full price but half of the items this is unbelievable to me because they just let my mother walk off with half of the items which I paid full price for and not even tell me or my mother not to mention they were not looking for customer service because they Were , also order off of...
Read moreWent in the store tonight at 8:34 pm. A very old guy and young cashier decided to tell us they will "be closing in 25 to 20 minutes". After asking for clarification of what he said, he said that they close at 9 so in about 20ish minutes. At 8:47pm another young cashier walked arlund the store saying they were closing in 5 minutes. Customer service is horrible and that is a big no no to rush a last minute customer. Obviously to not stay there all night but let them loop the store to help your sales without being rushed. Then at 8:52 music was shut off as well as.some of the lights by the really old guy as he stayed in the back of the store telling people to go pay. I usually dont have an issue here but tonight was bad to where my daughters who i usually bring there all the time said everyone is now rude and why were they turning the lights off on us. I have 19 years in retail management and i would never do this nor have my staff do this to customers. Horrible and rude. So much for my daughter spending the last of her bday and bday money here tonight. It is usually great but i guess it is only in the morning afternoon. Come later and you get rude and rushy management and staff. Not even a hi welcome in can we help you.....it was we are going to close get out....
Read moreWent to 5 below on 6/10/24 @2:10 and went to check out and older man working there started grabbing things out of my hand and I told him one it’s okay I can scan them myself thank you though and he said no we have to scan them that’s why the sign is there and he was talking about the sign on the register behind him. Then he asked me how I wanted to pay and I said card but then noticed I had enough cash so I said oh sorry I mean cash and he made the comment of this is why we do this and stepped back so I can pay. First off that was very rude of him and the comment shouldn’t have been made. Secondly them doing it for us defeats the purpose of self check out. What made me even more mad is when I noticed I was double charged I went back in to get a refund and people were checking out by themselves and he wants doing it for them. I’ve never had this problem and I love five below so for this to have been said I am very disappointed.
I came again on the 15th and a girl was there she wouldn’t let me scan either. What exactly is the point of self check out if I can’t scan my own items. Plus each time I’m told they have to scan it themselves I see 2 other people doing it themselves so why can’t I do it...
