This is in regards to an incident that happened on Friday night I had got a meal that was accidentally done as a spicy chicken wrap when I called in the representative remembered me and said I can come back the next day I told him I couldn't come back till that following Tuesday evening they said that was fine when I came to the store unfortunately the person in the front it was extremely rude to me not only was she extremely rude to me it was very unprofessional how she treated me I'm sure that you guys got cameras so you can pull them up I also offered to show her the receipt she said she couldn't do nothing without the food I said I wasn't going to keep the food for 3 days and even the person on the phone just told me to come back without food and to give my name for the replacement. She then said she called her manager who said he doesnt remeber me. I asked he she can re call him because i was the one who called and they said to come on Thursday. She then said im not going to call him again and then said she doea t even have a male worker. I asked then why did she say she called *him and he said he didnt remeber me? I told her to please look on what were not they wrote for me to be replacedor can they just refolund me. I showed me receipt. When i told her that, she then shut the window on me and I told her when she came back to the window that's fine whatever let me just please pay for my food she then slammed the window in my face again and I waited there because I assumed she was coming back with my food when she came back after 6 minutes of waiting and there was alot of cars behind me. she opened the window and I said please I just want to pay for my food I don't even care if you replace it she said no I can't have my food and to get out of the driveway or she's calling the cops. at that point I said please let me pay for my food and she slammed the door in my face again this is very unprofessional and I'd like for this to be reported not to mention I wasted $13 on an item that I couldn't even eat. I spent 41$ that night. I'm very saddened by this whole experience this type of employee should not be representing your brand I don't know her name but she claimed to be the manager and she had a strong Hispanic accent in her mid 50s female brown hair. The kids that was there was a witness to it all. He was male younger Hispanic early 20s very polite even said sorry for the way she was acting. He even pulled out his phone to look a Friday's schedule so he can see who was helping me but the older lady who was extremely rude yelled at him..she should not sold with public. Read moreYou lost a regular customer last night. After ordering my food on the app, for pickup, we arrived to find the doors locked, and employees enjoying their break. When we were able to get their attention, they rudely gestured for to us to leave, and either didn’t listen, or didn’t hear us when we said we ordered for pickup. When I then proceeded to the drive thru, and asked why their staff just ignored us and then brushed us off- instead of apologizing, and explaining the situation- he said, “well our dining area is closed”… and when I asked why I was allowed to order for pick up, he replied, “we don’t control the app”. I asked for a refund, and was told at the window that I couldn’t get a refund, I would have to reach out to the corporate customer service for a refund. I then asked for a supervisor, when she got to the window, Kimberly didn’t let me fully explain what had occurred before interjecting and saying “our dining area is closed” - I asked why I was allowed to order online for pickup if that wasn’t the case? She was quick to respond with “we’re a franchise and can’t control the app”. Again, no apology. When did customer service become a place where apologies can’t be made when customers have a bad experience? Even if it’s impossible for you to make it right, can’t you say you’re sorry for the inconvenience? You’re sorry for the misunderstanding? Anything?

Read moreI had a really disappointing experience today. Typically, the food at this place is hot and fresh, but that wasn't the case this time. I ordered three chicken tacos, a fish taco, fries, and a drink. Unfortunately, the tacos were cold, and the fish taco was even colder. The fries seemed like leftovers and were quite small. When I spoke to the manager, either Myra or Myren, her behavior was incredibly rude and obnoxious. She gave me a stink eye for a good 30 seconds when I mentioned the cold food and leftover fries. She flat out refused to offer replacements, insisting they couldn't throw away food just because it was leftover; it had to go to someone. She seemed more focused on feeding herself than attending to customers. Overall, she came across as very rude and mannerless.
Update: It's been 72 hours since I contacted the GM and used the "Contact Us" link on the website, but no action has been taken. This lack of response demonstrates why managers like Myran feel emboldened to mistreat customers—because it seems like...
