Pieology Pizzeria Trading Post, Clovis — Restaurant in Clovis

I love to eat at the Pieology near Fresno State's Savemart Center. It's one of my favorite places to go for lunch with my mom just before (or after) going to a movie. So we were both excited when one opened closer to her home in Clovis. We've eaten here several times and unfortunately it has been a hit or miss at this location. Most recently I had a side salad where the lettuce was not just wilted but slimy. The salad wasn't even chilled. They agreed, apologized and made me a fresh one to replace it. It was better but still not very fresh. Another time they gave my mom her pizza without cutting the slices. Luckily we were eating in and so she had them cut it. Lastly...make sure to pay attention while they put on the toppings. They tend to be lopsided. I was so busy chatting with Mom and catching up that I didn't notice I had chicken just on half of the slices and not the whole pizza. Anytime we had an issue they were always great about trying to make it right. So, I'll still go back...just need to make sure to order a fresh prepared side salad and not one already made. Also, ill need to keep an eye on them as they top the dough and check the box before I leave to make sure the pizza is cut into...

Another Build Your Own 11" pizza place. After saying that, I think they're the best around here. It takes longer to get your custom pizza built than it does to cook it. They have lots of fresh options to choose from or you can pick one that Pieology created.

I ordered the original crust. It was very thin that I didn't think that it would support the toppings on top, but somehow it did. For me, it could of been twice the size thickness and it would be perfect. So I'm docking them a star for this. The pizza itself tasted great and I was happy with it. The price for mine was $9.12, not bad.

The whole staff was was friendly helpful and had a good attitude. Every request for more of a topping and there was a lot of them, was not a bother to the staff helping me. For being such a new operation, you could tell they were well trained.

This is a brand new building and just opened days ago and they did a wonderful job with this store, as it looks pretty hip place. They seemed to have plenty of seats at lunch time.

My bottom line...Will I go back? Most definitely, but next time for a dollar more, I will try their...

I came here today (dec 25th 2021) they burnt the pizza and the bottom full of black dots burned (could cause cancer) so I asked them why and they replied me rudely "that's just how it is & we're very busy no time to clean the oven!" Wow!!! So I said I'm here to eat pizza not to get cancer!!! Then they decided to re make all the 3 pizza orders and came out so plain you can even count the pepperoni!!! And when I asked why they said they're gonna re make it again *facepalm since I already lost my appetite I decided to take the plain pizza which should be pepperoni, green peppers, onion, mushroom & mozzarella!!! I HOPE the owner or manager or whoever in charge read this to know how bad your employees are!! We spent $75 on the 'unwanted' pizza with 2 times tips cause the cashier made mistake!! She only put in 2 orders while we ordered 4 pizzas I regret it to tip them 20% for the bad,...
