4/13/21 Ordered SouthWest BBQ Salad. It had grit all through the salad, like sand or dirt. I was annoyed to find NO phone number on the receipt. I was FUMING when I called and was directed to the website for my problem. I live more than 15 minutes away. I have no dinner. I tried to eat it, but just couldn't. No, it didn't taste like burnt chicken flakes from the grill or pepper. Seriously it was all uniform like sand. Look closely and you can see some of the specs. Been ordering food no salt. Santa Barbara Cobb salad much better than it used to be. 5/3/2021 I had received an email, but still no replacement coupons for the the purchase price and my loss of time and no dinner. Covid is no excuse for poor customer service. it has been about 3 weeks just to replace the value for their screw up for my dinner? 1/5/2021, I had southwest bbq salad, husband had santa barbara cobb salad. There was a period of we'll say conservative-ness during 2020. Today the salads were both back to generous portions of greens and mix-ins. Chicken I don't think changed. 8/12/2021 approximately 3:00 p.m. what the freak is wrong with the bacon it's hardly cooked the picture doesn't really show real well. Big chunks soggy bacon. I thought you could get a Santa Barbara Cobb salad right I was wrong. Isn't there supposed to be avocado on here? Idk why they put salt on lettuce. My salad has too much salt on it. I don't understand what was going on on Saturday, Oct. 23 at night, but I ordered curb-side at 8:00 pm for my order to be ready at 8:20. Well, I arrived and checked in at exactly 8:20 after I was notified that my order was ready, only to be there waiting for 40 minutes for someone to come out and hand me my order. 40 minuted later, I received my order and even though the inside of the store did not look busy at all, I was understanding and did not make a big deal. I arrive home, and to my worst nightmare, I see that my fries are cold... I am not even exaggerating. My cheeseburger was also cold, with the patty half burned?! My food was not only cold, but it looked like it had been given to a previous customer as a mistake, and they decided to just leave it there for over an hour and then give it to me. Seriously?! I never make a big deal out of these things, but this time the negligence was completely unacceptable. The food was all crushed together into the bag, cold and inedible, clearly it had been given to someone else before me. God knows if the other customers waiting for their curbside got the same treatment as I. If the workers were going to do this, why did it take 40 minutes after I was notified that my order was ready to hand me my order?! However, today when I went to the counter to pick my food up... Not only was there a employee (big glasses) cooking being extremely rude to a couple employees, my food wasn't cooked very well. Chicken was extremely dry and cold, green beans were rubbery. I went up to the counter and asked nicely for them to remake it, there was a manager who was extremely understanding and said they would be glad to remake it. While waiting, not only did I hear the larger woman with big thick glasses snap at a employee again, but she YELLED at and was extremely rude to the manager that helped me. I could not see the name tag of the larger woman with the big glasses, but she was in the back cooking. Extremely unprofessional. When the food came out the second time, the green beans we're cold and the chicken was dry...we just left. It's unfortunate those employees have to work in that kind of...
