So glad I came back! I love OTF, especially the Clovis studio, for so so many reasons. When I first started back in 2020 (right before CoVid hit), all I did was purely treads at home, and was a bit anxious to do strength training and rowing. My form was so bad, and I wanted a variety of exercises, and needed structure. Fast forward to 2024, after 3 pregnancies induced some health issues, I realized I can help take control of my health by taking care of my weight (obese based on my BMI, yikes! :-/ ), and what better way to do that than going back to OTF. My docs recommended keeping active will help manage (on top of a medication).
The variety of workout- so good and so fun. I don't think I've had a day, when I didn't like the workout. They cover strength and endurance training, muscle building, and of course cardio each session. And the music choices sre awesoms, help so much to pump you up.
Studio- Studio is always so clean, and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming.
I could say a lot more positive things, but I will never ever fail to mention the staff and the coaches. The staff are always so friendly, always willing to help. The Coaches are so motivating, are always willing to help, genuinely concern for your well-being, I can tell that they are always rooting for you to achieve whatever personal goals you set for yourself.

The front desk staff is amazing. Thomas, Chelsie, & Katie will greet you with a friendly smile, helpful service, and up-to-date information at every visit.
Their coaches are knowledgeable, energetic, & supportive. They encourage you just when you need it and correct your form to help you get the best out of your work out. I've taken classes with Kate, Sarah, James, Frankie, & Lori (to name a few) they all bring they're own level of expertise that will keep you motivated to keep going back for more.
It's an awesome one-hour workout and each day is something different... never the same monotonous workout. I also absolutely love that a monitor tracks my progress through the workout. It helps me pace myself. It's super cool to see everyone work at they're own level of intensity. The atmosphere is upbeat and members often give each other high-fives/knuckles midway to let each other know they're doing a great job, keep each other focused, and help one another get through the workout.

Read moreI just moved to Clovis at the end of February. The move stressed me out and caused me to gain 10 pounds of stress weight. I was tired of feeling miserable, so I decided to make a change and joined OTF at the beginning of April weighing at 184 lbs. I’m proud to say that I’ve gone down to 168 lbs. However, OTF is more than just the physical transformation, it is also the mental and emotional transformation. I feel happier after every workout l, and I haven’t felt so comfortable in my skin in a long time. My overall goal is to drop down to 140 lbs, and I know it is possible with OTF.
By the way, all of the coaches are amazing. They are super positive and motivating. They will put you to work, but they will also modify certain exercises if it is too hard on your body.
